My school says that our chem teacher is an oxfd grad😂.and she used to be a pediatrician 😂 but she came to teach us apparently. She started this lesson last term. And we r still on carboxilic acids.😂😂cant complain about our pace cuz my class is set one higher😂 but still she cant manage to teach us a thing. Idk about others in my class but me... no i didnt get a single thing she tought me since day one😂 rip her qualifications.😂this is too hallariouse. I understand your concern tho😅.
wow! Thank you so much I am in year 10 and revising for GCSE mock exams I loved the video I felt like I have a tutor! You go through things at a perfect pace and I understood everything thank you so much, I am going to watch a tone of your videos now!! Xx
I'm glad I noticed it too because it means I actually understand it which shows how good your video is because before I didn't know anything! Thank you. :)
watching this as a nat 5 student (14) and it all with your explanations made loads of sense somehow. Still deciding if I want to take chem to highers and your videos have made it a bit easier to. Thank you :))
Firstly, thank you so much for the videos. They have been awesome during mock season. I was just wondering what your best way is to revise for the proper exams? Is it having a key understanding of the topics, exam practice? I know this is a hard question to maybe answer but thought you would be the best to ask instead of a teacher at school. Thanks for the videos, they are a life-saver! Ryan
You wouldn't believe it but I'm watching this whilst I was looking for videos to brush up on organic chemistry as an MSc student. You made a slight slip of the tongue at ~7:00 mins saying that "white bloods cells" preferred the CO2, when I imagine you meant red blood cells :)
great video, does this include things for the double and triple course, because my textbook doesn't have the stuff to do with alcohol and the last few minutes of the video

@@RyZe._ same lmao :') help mee
@@ren952 hope you do well :’)
@@RyZe._ that was me lol I can’t believe we are doing gcse’s next year!! Time has flown by I think
I have my mock exam tomorrow and haven’t been able to go to a chemistry lesson all year. Your videos are really helping me so thank you so much!
05:41 butene is missing a hydrogen I think ??
Hi Rowan, thanks for pointing that out!
I'm only human, so mistakes will creep in :)
I'm glad I noticed it too because it means I actually understand it which shows how good your video is because before I didn't know anything! Thank you. :)
yeah i noticed that too lol, so i just checked the comments to see if anyone else had noticed :)
Good observation
This is amazing so simple ‼️ I’ve learnt more in the first 6 mins then my teacher taught me all year.
you made a mistake on butene at 5:55 u forgot to make another bond , there is only 7 hydrogen but there is ment to be 8
Could you include time stamps for when you talk about content that’s in the triple science ?
Great overview - where do you get the impression that they will ask about Isomers? I've looked in the specs and no mention.
Primrose thanks soo much your just the best for chemistry !!
your videos are so incredible thank you so very much
So nice of you
thankyou for teaching us

Revising GCSE Chemistry content for a uni admissions test - super helpful, thank you!
Aw so glad it's helpful!! That's amazing to hear
mistake at minute 5:50 the diagram for butene needs an extra H. It currently only has 7 rather than 8
This video was really helpful, I watched this after doing my full revision and this video explained things that I had no clue about for the topic
Firstly, thank you so much for the videos. They have been awesome during mock season.

you are a life saver.. thanks for the video.. it is really good and detailed
7:00 it's red blood cells not white blood cells

tell me why i learned more here than school, you gone help me get good in my mocks tmr, thanks

ah the way i remember it is

abdulakhunz Monkeys Eat Peanut Butter

really helpful thanks
5:45 you drew butane incorrectly. There are meant to be 8 hydrogen atoms you drew 7
is this the entire topic of organic chemistry for gcse aqa?
i hate to be a bother, but the butene at 5:50 has only got 7 hydrogen bonds? i was just wondering because i counted only 7 hydrogen bonds :)
there should be one under the second one from the right
Does this include content for the higher paper
Hour before the test cmon Bois💪
thank you so much this has saved me
great video, does this include things for the double and triple course, because my textbook doesn't have the stuff to do with alcohol and the last few minutes of the video
this is both combined and separate science
Which is which?
Thank you! very helpful :)
It’s not clear when these vids turn into higher tier cos I don’t recognise some stuff in this vid
i feel like some of the stuff towards the end is triple sciences, because i have never seen those before

This is her favourite topic, I feel bad.....
@@angusholland5393 well said !!!
@@nyles7470 well replied!!!
When I use NaOH to break DMT from its organic carrier, in this case Mimosa Hostilis root bark powder, what is actually happening in a chemistry sense?
best way to recap is by firstly doing the whole topic then watching your videos, thank you
So nice of you
Please do more topic summaries if you can
is all of this on the combined spec ??
This is awesome! It helped me understand things so much more! Thank you and keep up the good work!
Hi there! May I know what program you use to write flawlessly for the video? Thanks in advance!
Do you think if we met, we'd have an organic chemistry?
In minute 5:55 there are only 7 hydrogens for butene instead of 8
Thank you
hi, I was wondering why there is a bit about DNA at the end? just a little confused
It's in the same topic! Xx
look @ the spec xx
Why is DNA in organic chemistry?
i think its because it contains amino acids and polymer chains which link in with polymerisation. but i could be wrong
@@lilypp04 I think you are right. It's probably to do with polymerisation and all the amino acid chains to make proteins in our DNA. :)
is all this content on the foundation paper?
Hi Katie, this covers both the content for foundation and higher, If you're not sure which bit is which then I suggest you get my FREE revision guide from my website www.primrosekitten.com/collections which has everything clearly laid out for you
I think there was a h missed in butene
is iGCSE and GCSE the same thing
thanks
WHY DOES IT SOUND LIKE SHE HAS A VIBRATOR ON ??:?
thanks geed
This topic is so ridiculously boring and long. Thank you for making this video it helped
omg! life saver!!
Hey will of this come up in foundation?

watched this in my online class
Butene has 8 hydrogens unlike the 7 you have drawn but great video, thank you
My bad
8:26
Ahhh I really don’t understand this at all why if your making a monomer of ethane does it go to poly ethene none of this makes sense to me😫
Monomer is single, polymer is many. So polyethene is many ethenes
Get common sense lol
@@deadgiyplayz3689 dont be rude give people a break and give people a chance, not everyone understands everything.
