Both the governor shaft and the governor lever arm are rotated counter clockwise to their limit positions when you lock them In place?

The copper tub head coming off the left cylinder…. Does the hose that connects to directly connect somewhere else, or is it just a vent❤ line of sorts that is left open-ended. Really appreciate this video. I’m right here with the installation after doing seals and main gasket.
