I simply an enjoy this song Bryan. Calming, peaceful and energetic at the same time. Making this video with you, and doing the photography along with Lillian was such a nice honor.
The guitar is a Godin multiac in the video which is what I use live. However the recording was done with a Cordoba Gypsy Kings FWCE. I have the best luck on any guitar with nylon Saverez heigh tension strings!
Discovered this on Rob Lucas's "Best Smooth Jazz" podcast. Bryan, what type of guitar are you playing, and is that the sound hole up near the neck, rather than the traditional round sound hole in the middle of the body?
Graham Clayton great to hear from you. It is a Godin Grand Multiac. It is electric but the body is completely chambered and the holes act as both sound hole and electronic controls. Volume. EQ etc. each string has its own pickup and internally EQd for the best sounding electric acoustic in the world. If there was a better one Id buy it :) For amplified shows it is simply amazing. Hope that answers your question. Thanks for asking!
Just Beautiful. So tasteful!!
Thanks bob!!
Beautiful, soul-touching, soothing
Thanks Heather - thats the best compliment!
I heard this song yesterday on my PSP's internet radio. I'm definitely going to listen to more of Bryan's music.
Thanks!!! More to come :) Looks like you are a drummer - there are some killer drum grooves on the Tuscan Sky CD - Gypsy Groove especially - enjoy!
