But i tried your recipe and for the very first time in my life i danced at the result. It was so soft both inside and outside, so yummy. But i have a challenge as my dough was very sticky like too much water. But i had to use a lot of flour for kneading and it still came out very yummy. I usually do my measurements in grams. And i think thats where i missed the measurement of the flour. Pls Claudy, how many grams is 1cup of all purpose flour?

I experienced the same thing. Too much water but I had flour i use for easy kneading and it still came out the best I have ever made. I have battled with donuts and bread for so many years now. I was so happy with this donut.
I love you so much and thank you as well for sharing really appreciate thou I have a question is it effective to put the donats on top of boiling water in the process of proving for that last time does it affect the yeast in anyway and if yes what are the effects of it by the way not soaking them in water no but putting them on top of samthing and then put it on top of anything dat is having dat boiling water thank you so much I will be greatful for the reply ❤

You dont need Preservative. This one can stay for 4 days without Preservatives. I always just leave it in the kitchen top for days

You don't need boiling water. Just do it as in the video and you'll love it
