An unexpected garage update this week as Damian’s 488 Pista Spyder steering rack is still in bits and not ready for its #DriveEveryFerrari debut.
But a good chance to tell you everything that’s going on across both garages - including all the work that’s being done, a positive step forward for the Honda NSX and 718 Spyder, 3 cars we’re thinking of selling, one that’s coming back, an update on DriveEveryFerrari so far, a secret new car on the way, and a full update on Jason’s fleet.

And the F40 just keeps climbing in value. That was a big mistake to sell the GOAT, should have been a lifer.

Not the 993!!! Not only is it one of the best looking 911's ever, it is so analogue. They didn't make many in Forest Green and they won't be making any more. A classic offset to the GT3.
Jason you just have to get Damian out for a weekend road trip in the camper van, maybe he’d like to visit a Porsche dealer in it 😂
Now that E-type review is also something I’ll be looking forward to! And a rose gold Fiat 500 all EV? For inner city low emissions - I say why not! A review of that car with both of you at least has potential for lots of banter! More banter please!

Definitely pull some archive videos of the F40. Spend your energy on securing an F50 drive! Saw several at Pebble Beach this year. I’m fortunate to be able to live in Pebble so I do see cool cars throughout the year.

Love that Lotus Sunbeam …..my mate had an Avon version back in the day , it had phenomenal road holding and although I nearly binned it on a ‘spirited drive’ …( ambition exceeded expertise) I reckon it was one of the best on the road in its era …..engine note was visceral ……!

Long time since I've caught up on a car guys video, and wow I'm impressed at Jason's collection. I always thought it came across as Damien had all the money but Jason's clearly doing well too!
I'd love for you to discuss in front of your other cars (like this video) your best bits of owning an F40 followed by clips of the fantastic car as opposed to driving someone else's!

Love the update video! As a viewer I think either strategy for the F40 would work. You should decide based on what you’d prefer to do, drive another one or revisit your own ownership experience, because I think your own choice would in itself be interesting. I would also really like to see a video about the Bambi, because that’d be really entertaining. I actually think you should definitely do a video on the electric Fiat too.
Drive the other F40 to compare and yes Bambi is a must 🤣

Selling the 675LT would be like losing the F40 (you would keep questioning your decision), just drive it more. As for the aforementioned F40, a 'best of' video would be fine. Actually drove past you in your Pista a couple of weeks ago. No video does justice to the colours, superb spec sir.

Ditto about Porsche with me at the moment, a great product but a stuffy irksome experience dealing with them. Get your nsx AC board and clocks checked out via the owners club resident expert, save yourself a big headache if you catch the capacitors before they get too bad, which they will be getting if they've not yet been done 👍
Let’s have an “F40 Revisited” - what you think going back having owned it for a period. Do you still agree with your earlier opinions?
Yeah the long term ownership experience in the focus and/ issues you had with it etc. Tbh, I d add that it might be wise to wait with the take on the F40 until Damian hopefully got the chance to have a go with the other halo cars like the Enzo, La Ferrari or the GTO turning it into a Ferrari halo car comparison.
Agree a revisit of previous views I think would be great! Also would love to see a Bedford Bambi video!
Great update. I'm with you re Porsche. The dealer/garage experience is a big factor. Has put me off buying another Porsche for my own collection, same with Audi for me. Looking forward to the Sunbeam Lotus, I really want one. A pink 500 EV! WTF?

Speechless ! I don’t know what upsets me more you wanting to sell that 993 or Jason admitting to owning a Camper Van worth less than the Alloys it sits on ! I think you need to put your GT3 away for 6 months into hibernation (don’t forget the mouse traps) and start using the 993 once its had a OEM Porsche Entertainment Upgrade !

Pull out your previous F40 footage. Sentimental and you covered everything about it at the time. Do a intro and some voiceovers if needed.

I understand what you say about Porsche. I bought a 992 C2S late 2019. The purchase experience was underwhelming and I never received any follow-up from the dealer in Portsmouth. I guess as my first Porsche they were not interested in building any relationship.
I’ve had numerous issues with the car and my local OPC in Kent has been brilliant. I do not think I will buy another Porsche. Great car to drive and have met some great people through the Porsche club, but as a customer I’ve just been disappointed.

re F40, I would prefer you film with a borrowed F40. You could comment if it drives identical to your previous car, or are they all a bit unique.
