Cheryl Boyd Hi, this Gel is made for all texture of hair it’s different from the normal gels that we are all used t. This one has biotin in there that helps to stimulate hair growth, moisturise hair, tames your frizz helps to minimise damage and breakage. You don’t need to use a lot of this gel. It may work better in your hair texture. Keep me posted on your results from using this gel.

Did it flake?
Yes,
I did get flakes from using this product, I did try it again in applying the product once and on its own without re-applying and it work better that way.
