This piece looks amazing! I’ve never seen somebody pull a chain through a draw plate so you’ve just opened up my mind to a whole new world of possibilities haha
Nice work Karloft, I like your soldering techniques and the clasp is very well made. Take a little more time with your finishing and polishing, the solder connections between the two chains could be a lot cleaner. Little details make all the difference. Very good work, you know your business.
wow , this chain everybody can wearing for , looking this chain for your handmade look 👀 so amazing guy , 18k jewelry gold so nice color yellow gold guy , but , i hadn’t seen a people they do ( platinum and white gold no more guy ) , we love 💕 to see you making handmade white gold guy , platinum and white gold look so beautiful jewelry too your , well , congratulation for your business making good money and busy about making lot a life style jewelry diamond bling bling , yeah 😂🤣🤪 💪👉🏿
Why? I don't pretend to be a jeweller! Half of the filing work isn't close to even, you only need eyes to see some parts have gaps lol... just because someone can play football, doesn't mean they're a pro🤔🤔🤔 spectators can tell the masters from the amatures.
How wide is the chain after completion, how long was the chain in total length, and what was the original karat/weight of the gold used in the chain. I’m guessing it was already 18kt because I didn’t see any mixings to change the purity within the crucible during the initial melt process. I’ve been looking into getting started as making jewelry as a hobby for my wife and family to be able to do something with the bullion I’ve stacked that could increase the cost of blank bars. The coins I don’t intend to melt because I want to ensure that we don’t lose the premiums of the fact that they’re coins. Unless I could trade the coins for additional bullion in bar form to be used for jewelry later. I’ve seen that I only need to drop about 1k on equipment I don’t already have to be able to do it at a hobby level no problem. The only thing I’ve had issues finding are the different types of machines used to twist final Cuban chains, especially larger ones because I could do the smaller ones by hand easily but I know on thicker chains it will be difficult to manhandle the chain to become flat from the linked look of the bracelet before it all got connected in the video. I plan to get started on making pure bullion jewelry then begin to get stones to learn to set them to make awesome timeless pieces eventually. My goal is to be able to make stuff for my family that nobody else has and stuff we want also but to be able to help the hobby to offset some of our own costs eventually by being able to sell some jewelry.
That is some good work. I would like to ask a question or two. What guage did you pull the wire to? Did you double up the length and solder them to get her before pulling through the plat. Which I had never seen before and is genius. And lastly what was the size hole you pulled it through at the end. That was great work.
excelente tu trabajo .

Hi. The products you make are beautiful. Have a lot of sales. I did the same job in Turkey. I used flexx 152 as an additive for 18 carat. I gave forty percent silver for his contribution. The color of my product is not good. Your color is beautiful. I would be very happy if you could help me with colors.
Hello i have a question, should all 18k yellow gold be the same color? I have 2 pieces/styles of 18k gold ring bought from different stores in italy but one is more yellow than the other. Is it normal? Thank you for your response.
Hello, yes, it is quite normal for 18K gold to be 75% pure gold (999.9K) and the remaining 25% other components, the shade of gold depends on these components. If in doubt, you can go to any jewelry store and ask for a sample analysis. Have a nice day.

@@karloft thank you so much! Great tip to crimp rings, anneal, then draw plate. May I know what was the material you held to grasp gold spiral when using flex shaft? Your work is absolutely mesmerizing to watch.
You get the bars by melting the gold first, then pouring the liquid karat gold to mold like 4mm x 50mm wide. Then these bars you start to roll thru that mill until they are like 1 mm diameter and so on😊
