This is a youtube short where I demonstrate 3 exercises you can do to target your oblique muscles. However in order to lose fat you will need to eat in a calorie deficit

These exercises will train and build the oblique muscle. But remember that you need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.
Did 200 for each of them 3 sets. Didnt see results.

yeah youre completely right, calorie deficit/diet and proper weight lifting and cardio can burn fat and tone muscles, but these exercises are also good for core and fat burning, so its also good to do them as well
I am already underweight and still have a lot of fat in that area. I wouldn't encourage myself to keep losing weight, that's clearly not going to help

@@gmw-g6880 Then you're probably in the "skinny fat" area or you have loose skin, I used to be obese and now I have loose skin as well, I was also in the skinny fat phase and I was completely lost on what to do, I don't know what your body goals are, but I recommend you continue working out and work on a calorie deficit, have at least 1-2 days of eating a cheat meal.

To guys / girls. Fat which is present in face, belly, leg can be reduced through caloric deficit ( Eating healthy and little, eating small amount of calories🥚🥒🥬🍗 ) via burning more calories by exercising, walking etc,which helps in taking the fat and converting to energy.

How much calories should I intake in a day
@@rajarsh212normal person needs anywhere from 1300-1700. If you are in a deficit you intake maybe 800-1100. And go to the gym. Make sure you cut out any calories intake. No sweets, not too much carbs. Alot of water.

This will build your abdominal muscles but it ain't gonna burn your love handles directly. Indirectly, yes it helps but there are better ways to burn love handles. One is calorie deficit, second is cardio.
Remember, regardless of what kind of workout you put in your body, the last place to burn fat is your abdominal area. Less calorie intake, more fat reserves used to be used as energy, means more fats burned.

Dont train obliques , they will end up making your waist thicker ! Just eat less and if you want do cardio .
Yes train obliques. If you want a small waist, dont progressively overload. Theyre just as important as any other muscle group

If you go to the point of training obliques , there is a very high chance your training abs , so just train abs !
Most abb exercises effect the obliques as well.

You can’t target a specific area for fat loss. You can with muscle growth.

Doing these exercises would help you tone your core muscles that would boost your metabolism and help you loose fat along with that Toned core would divide the body fat in other areas equally and make your waist look leaner
I never understood why someone would say all you need to do is reduce your calorie intake and your love handles will go. Of course you need to reduce your calorie intake but also build those muscles! Especially if you want to look good or better

Bro you cant target fatloss, I thought you were smarter that this. Doing ab exercises wont even burn much calories even with walking you will get rid of your love handles faster.
Agree, these exercises will strictly focus on building the oblique muscles. In order to lose fat, a calorie deficit is required... I stated this in my description as well :)

Bro I have muscle on my biceps, shoulders, forearms and chest but I have love handles and a bit of a belly pouch, I’m pretty active as I’ve started working out for a couple months now and I’ve seen results from starting as a skinny fat guy but I still have fat in the stomach areas, can anyone give any advice?

3rd one oblique crunches I'm not fit for 3rd Exercise I tried to do it and it hurt my lungs and kidney.

Don’t pay attention you lose fat by calorie deficit not by doing workouts you are what you eat. And cardio is the way to go for fat loss

Nonsense. Get rid of your love handles through proper diet. You can't target fat zones with exercise.
Of course u cant get rid of them without a good diet. But if u only diet and not exercise, the area will remain a bit soft and not tight and toned. I was slightly underweight and yet my love handles area appeared a bit flabby until I started exercising
