What does one do if one over dials? Let's say I need 20 units but accidentally set it to 22?
you just have to turn the dial back to 20

How do I get smaller needles? I just got my script today and the needles are 12 mm they look like harpoons!
You should either speak to your Doctor /Nurse or a pharmacist. 12mm needles are rarely used these days. In the UK, needles are issued on prescription, hence it should be the prescriber to address the issue.

Jitni dose ho usme, try to change needle daily or atleast once every two days. Keep in the middle compartment of refrigerator door only.
