I do these daily and aside from helping with gait and mechanics, you also get incredible activation and mobility in your posterior chain. They are great if you have difficulty firing up your glutes, hamstrings and hips before you do some heavy lifts like squats/deadlifts etc. (but ensure that you dont fatigue your muscles out before hitting the weights). My hips have also become extremely mobile because of these and I can bring my knees to my chest while standing straight with ease.

I tend to drag my feet as my legs are still sleeping when I'm fully awake so this exercise is most helpful,sort of like those exercises footballers do when playing soccer
Ayoo charii,can you make a video tutorials a, b, c skip and their combinations ? I mean a skip tutorial first,then b skip,c skip,then u make tutorial combine for that I'm amateur,but i want to learn about running
C skips are used for warming up your muscles, these exercises are not going to drastically improve your running style… Training is specific… you want to be a great c slipper do these… you want to be a good runner? Run
When I do these before any speed work it's crazy how the pace picks up and feels more natural than forced

Could you tell us the benefits / reasons for training the A-B-C skips? Just a warm up or training your gate and mechanics??
