- I got cross progression earlier this week and I ran into some issues on how I would be able to play on my account on other platforms. I go over some basics on what to expect and how to end up playing Apex Legends on the other platforms like Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Playstation 5 and PC. Let me know if you have any questions.
Cross Progression has me like
My Ea was linked to xbox and playstation before but not my steam, i unlinked my steam account from another EA account and linked to this old EA one, will i get crossprog ?

Play smarter , we did have Fortnite cross progression before and it's have the same thing you need the same email , so what i did i log in with the same email for long time , so it's your fault if you didn't notice that

How many weeks or days can it take till all accounts are merged?
My accounts are ready to go I'm just waiting on Respawn I thought by now I would have gotten the pop up. I get home every day thinking it'll be on there..

It’s random and they give it out on waves so don’t expect everyday lol they say a specific date that they will release it

I literally login to my PC and Console account every day since the new season launched hoping I get the cross progression prompt 😂

I started on PS4 and played a little on Switch before putting the majority of my playtime on Xbox. I’m honestly not sure if I used the same email address as I did for my Xbox account but I’m not stressing too much. I was a launch day Season 0 player and I still haven’t gotten anything regarding cross progression to popup. If it doesn’t I think that I only had a few skins for characters and weapons that I would like to have access to on my main Xbox account but at the end of the day not having them will not diminish my playing experience.

It’s not that big of a deal because if you cancel out your consul account and unlink your consul account, that means that you’ll lose all your progress from the EAA account just to unlink it
Got the “cross progression is here” in the apex news 2 times since the s19 release… other than that.. “cross progression” has not popped up on my monitor unless i look at other people getting it on twitter :(

I swear they are milking it, whenever people lose hope, 1 person gets it, everyone gets hopeful, people end up waiting a season or more, but they will push skins EXTREMELY with no tomorrow all while in the process of milking the hope of cross progression

From what ive noticed they are merging easier accounts, ones where at least one side doesnt have much or any to merge. Almost everyone my house who only had 1 account has gotten it me and my brother have a decent amount on two accounts and we have not received it..
it makes sense from an admin POV, if they lost 2 skins on a level 50 account it would be easier to retrieve those 2 skins than losing a lvl 1000 account haha never thought of it that way

i think they are doing it weeky, thats what i can tell so far.so im hoping next week ill have all accounts merged.

I got the message on my ps5, but instead of my Xbox linking which has everything since season 1, they link my switch which has 0 play time on it, woundering if they’ll let us switch.

Unfortunately exclusive skins don’t transfer, I just checked since I had my Pathfinder exclusive skin from my Switch and when I checked on my Xbox after I had merged my accounts, it did not show up

i heard your account had to be connected to ea before cross progression was announced. you can look it up to confirm
There isnt a difference from ps5 to xbox if youre just playing apex
Regardless, if you have a profile on PlayStation or not it won’t matter. You can wait until after you get cross progression to transfer consoles and it will be fine
Lets say you do the cross you play on pc 1 day and the next day u open your console its gonna have everything asap like u need to do nothing not email again and stuff?
I had a higher level account on my ps4 but I switched to my Xbox 2 years ago and started playing on that and when cross progression came I lost all my 2k badges from my Xbox account what do I do to get those back?
Rip my progress. I was in xbox using an outlook account. Whenever i do reset password, it told me my account dont exist. When i contacted support, they told me that it was disabled due to inactivity and apparently the only fix is to unlink and link it to the new account. Its a loss for me. Why did they have to make it somewhat complicated. Compare it to cod cross progression.

So i merged my accounts everythings there but when i try to play on my main acc my xbox it says that im logged in on another consol AFTER IV TURNED MY PS5 off and logged off the game is this just a matter of waiting a second to process because it just happend

If i opened like 450 packs on pc and for example 10 on ps it will be merged to 460 packs opened on this account ?

It depends on which account is higher level. If your PS account is a higher account level than your pc, then stats wont merge. Skins and other things will though from what I understand so you should be fine.
Any update? I linked my EA account with my Playstation account for Apex back in 2019. I thought I can transfer my progression back then. Now I change my email of my previous EA account to the email that has the same PSN email which is still linked in and somehow it doesn’t pop up everytime when I open my Apex. I hope there’s nothing wrong with my progression.

So from what i understood from your video you had to wait for the cross progression pop up on your main account which was Xbox? So you got the notification on your Xbox and then logged in on pc? I’m in same exact situation main account on Xbox and now playing under new account on pc

Okay so, i got the cross progression on my steam account which originally WAS not linked to my main Apex account. it was linked to i guess an alternate one and well so before doing so and trying to learn anything on it beforehand i linked the steam account from the burner to link it onto the main, but now i have no clue if it will even link to get all my cosmetics and such

You say that for each platform you put another email address, are you talking about the play/xbox accounts themselves or the EA account?

a question for example i have 8k token for buying legends on xbox and another 8k on steam will those token got merge and net me with 16k token? and lastly I have mirage on xbox but none on my steam account will I get it on steam when I merge my account? thanks in advance....
Your tokens won't combine I don't think but you should get mirage
I just discovered about cross progression. I played apex on my ps account in 2019 and then stopped. Now I downloaded apex on my pc, but didn't open it yet even once. Also my EA account is the same as it was on my ps. So to get cross progression and my old account, what do I do next and what I shouldn't do?
Had a ps4 account played on xbox for awhile. Tho sold the xbox and now have a new xbox and my ea account is already linked to xbox now and i unlinked it. But now saying can only be registered to one xbox. So basically going around in circles. EA are a joke of a company

I linked my newish PC account to the EA ID after the 26th. Previously, that EA ID only had the original account (PS) linked to it. I also changed the verified email for the account to one that is current. Level 276 with many skins. Guessing I'm not getting s**t though 😂

if you have no steam account, you can just create one and then link your account to your Xbox account with the same email and you will have all of the same cosmetics
@@wattyswrldI just did this, and it’s a brand new account on pc. I’ve never played pc before only Xbox, but I downloaded steam and apex on pc, signed in with my ea account and linked the Steam to it, and it has nothing it’s a brand new account on pc

I have an ea account for my playstation apex account (I started back in 2019 when there was no season its like level 120 something with some skins), and I have a newer pc account thats like level 60 something that doesn't really have that many skins with a different ea account. Im confused what am I supposed to do? I got the cross progression prompt on my pc account, but idk about my console one I didnt check. Am I supposed to unlink or what ? I didn't really understand what steps i'm supposed to take for cross progression / merging to work.

Do you know if highest level refers to the in game level? I know someone that stopped playing on ps4 before prestige system came out. Their ps4 is 500 ingame but 2800 on stat tracker. Pc is prestige 1 level 200. do you know which account will be the main?
based on what ea said i would assume it would be the pc as the main cos higher ingame account level

@@Cosmic24242 i know but my situation is a little different. I played on xbox from season 0 until a couple years ago. My xbox account had an old email from about 2010 and i've made a new personal email since then. I updated my xbox email eventually, but by then it was linked on EA with the old one. Then i stared playing on PC, and used mny newer email, therefor the PC account is linked to a different EA although it matches my xbox account's email now.

I legit quit playing apex when I switched to pc it was such a bummer not being able to have my main accounts skins I always said I’d start playing once they bring cross progression and 14 seasons later it’s here and I’m back waiting for my pc account to merge

I wish it was as simple as R6s crossplay , Ubisoft allowed u to just sign in with the Ubisoft info or Xbox info. Was no where as complicated as Respawn made this to be .

I have my Xbox acc (highest account) and a steam account (lowest account) linked to the same ea account… so do I wait for my steam account to say it is ready for cross projection and when I click continue then that will link my Xbox account to the steam account? When I made a new steam account and signed in with my ea ID it just linked the steam account to my EA account, it didn’t cross progress, so I’m assuming my new account isn’t ready for cross progression? I’m very lost because my Xbox account has everything and my steam account has nothing however when people invite me in apex on my Xbox account the notification also sends to my apex game on my steam account, is this really cross progression? Because I’m a rev main with the prestige skin and heirloom, 4k and 20bomb on my Xbox account and on my steam account I have nothing so am I waiting for my steam acc to get enabled for cross progression and then it’ll take my Xbox acc and send it to my steam acc?
