Jr ADU is cheaper since you already have a lot of it already "built". A similar sized ADU would be maybe 3 times more expensive. Depends on a lot of factors. I have a local architect and engineer do my drawings. Cost is in one of my videos. Few thousand each for an ADU. I paid 75k before I even started the ADU.

Yeah, ALL the electrical on that wall is getting replaced. The broken coupling is on the old pool and hot tub circuits that were demo'd for the ADU.
