In this video, I bought a manual 2009 BMW 335i N54 E90 that is in BAD shape and tried to drive it home. Then I address all the problems it has and try to clean it up a bit lol.

There is a key slot to open the trunk when battery is dead. Also it looked like 4 and 6 cylinder fuel line were swapped. Battery needs to be changed too that's why the wipers were on. Im sure you've figured all that out by now lol

My advice is talk to your parents about these major investments or decisions because not only have they been around more but they have some insight. He’s clearly not making the same mistakes though…. The kid works a lot from what I’ve seen…. And in his spare time he’s created content and a brand that could easily surpass their earning potential if he keeps going. I can understand the issue of parking but that’s a easy issue to fix. He’s not buying drugs…he bought a car that he can invest in and with the content he creates he’ll earn back double what that car is worth just from the content he makes. At 32 I understand that parents are often trying to look out…but they’re indeed human too and have the ability to be absolutely wrong.

To be fair the clutch on the E90 is notoriously difficult to learn stick on...I used to stall on the time going from a different manual car to my dad's E90

@@vvsscooby I don't mean the resistance of the clutch but more so the distance from it partially engaging to being fully in gear... i found that to be super narrow compared to other manuals i had driven prior... iim not saying it makes it hard to drive but it's something I had to get used to

one thing i love about manual is parking you can actually use only the clutch to move the car slowly. There is a place where you move your clutch half the way and it gives a push to the car

I'm 16 and I leaned manny like early fall of 2022 how to drive Manny, just give a bit more gas and let off the clutch a LOT slower
Also don't forget to rev match on the downshift, look up how to do that, double clutching may a bit easier at first. You should also practice heel toe downshifts In a parking lot, trust me there's nothing more satisfying than nailing a perfect heel toe downshift from 5th to 4th to 3rd as go hard into a corner on a touge

I dont know if you even still have the car but remove the clutch delay valve. Makes driving the car 50 times easier. Especially if it's your first stick car
