Top mount SpeedTech single turbo kit on the BMW 335i / 335xi E90 N54
i bought a 355i with blown turbos for 1400 dollars , drove it 8 hours home, not a single leak. replaced the turbos with a single turbo kit i had from my other n54 build. drove the car to 180k miles at 600whp.. now its got a fully buiult 8hp75 swapped, 3.5l n54 stroker, n53 head swap, big cams etc. they are addicting and cheap to build now a days.

Same, a little bit more than you because $1750 but mine had front end damage. Nothing major, front bumper, two headlights, blown driver's airbag. Fixed it for cheap and I drive it for 4 years now. I don't care it's a rebuilt title, it stays with me lol. I have a single turbo kit waiting, sitting on the floor in my room. Just need to find time to put it on. But you're right, I don't know how much I spent on it already, lost count long time ago xD This platform is addicting af

If you want to change gears let go of the gas pedal. Just press the clutch and pick the gear and release it. When going from 1st to 2nd release the clutch gently but after that you can release it with no problems, just no gas between switching gears.
And if your stopping you can go into neutral but when youre just letting go of the gas pedal you can stay in gear.

Hey Wyatt love the video man its hilarious. Quick tip for the manual, it sounds like you are trying to rev-match the upshifts (Adding gas on the upshift) when the RPM should be dropping when you engage a higher gear. Instead of adding gas, just let the RPMs drop a little
We need the second part… I feel like I got blue balls right now 😂😭😭
It seems like when you shift, you press the gas pedal before you fully let off the clutch. try letting off the clutch completely before pressing the gas pedal (while driving). Also I see you coasting a lot while driving at higher speeds, this'll wear out the breaks a loooot faster since you're not utilizing engine breaking. Try to slow down in gear and change gears in time, or go into neutral right before you come to a full stop.

Edit: Also, if you do what i mentioned first too much, your clutch will wear out a lot faster as well.
Much better to rev match when shifting. It's smoother and wears the clutch less.

As a resident of the UK (where Manual is much more prominent & an avid manual car enthusiast) it's killing me listening to those revs during gear changes, if you keep going like that you'll end up having to change your clutch much sooner. Anyway good luck on learning how to drive manual. Watch a couple of videos on here and you'll get it in no time.

@@podkriznik4002 yeah i do that, its normal, and less stress on clutch, if you sit at red light in first gear for 5minutes your clutch will wear down faster.
Yeah normal to put in neutral when stopping I do all the time after downshifting or after a high mph pull.

speedtech does NOT come with everything, do not mislead. It is the more complete kit , but miss : rtv sealant/seal, ss ty-wrap, boost control, vacuum hose, exhaust gasket, coolant pipe seal, any heat protection other than the downpipe wrap and boost reference fittings.
it is the best kit, but if you think you can install this kit on your car without getting a amazon order, this can delay your weekend.

clutch in and release accelerator at the same time, change gear release clutch quickly and back on the gas. 1st to 2nd let the clutch go more gently unless you want whiplash

idk about this generation but on my big turbo e46 with the m54b30, the manual stock setup has a clutch delay valve that they make a delete for, makes shifts way easier and crisper. Not sure if this year has the same set up or not
