Are you referring to the remote or Air Conditioner? Because I have air conditioner with that same remote and my minimum temperature is 16 degrees Celsius.
If u want to turn of the AC after a period .. press timer on button until the desired period reach The same way if u want to turn on AC after a period keep on pressing the timer off button until the desired duration is displayed on the remote
