My ac and its remote is super general, why can't the remote go lower than 20 down? And 28 up?

try using other ac remote , it works for me reducing below 20

@@Aone9e I used my android remote and it goes till 18, but I heard that 20ْ is better for the AC and that could avoid you further problems in the future.

I have the same ac 1.5 ton but there is an issue when ever I hit the turn off button the ac doesn’t switch off the fan keeps going on

In this case,You have to try to contact ac techinician.
This type of A/C has a delay switch , it can go cooling for many weeks , but sometimes , the relay does not sense the thermostat so , i sugest you to clean the filter switch of the a/c for at least 15minutes , then once you switch on , reset the mode fuction and it should start with a fast fan . you cannot do this during the day when its hot , it does not work , only even when outside temp is low, try it let me know
Our Ac model is same I guess. Guys I switch off the AC using the remote control however the motor outside still on and keeps on running. What is the issue? Is it the remote settings it not set up. Thanks
*We already chengh the Ac ,and buy super general but it's not good ,because not powerful and temperature not going below 20 degrees. In summary, although the previous Ace was old, it was better than this new one, and we regret it*

Kindly keep temperature 20 c and fan speed at high .
If your problem still persist then you need to call Ac Techinician .
