this year was by far one of the worst years for the calls the judges made in the 14 years i've been going to FD Seattle. They called so many 1 more time battles for absolute garbage runs or when someone very clearly won
Im so glad i didnt watch this round, it looked horrible, now im not going to lie, im a huge Aasbo fan boy and based on that 1st omt that led to the 2nd omt from these guys, idk how Aasbo lost his battle, FD judges somehow find a way to ruin what is essentially, pure entertainment to fans.
I agree about Aasbo VS Trenton. In my opinion, Aasbo has more proximity to lead car about 80% earlier on the OZ1. Trenton's proximity was only 20% at the end on the OZ1 and a bit deeper/cut inside the zone. OZ2, OZ3 and IC have almost the same proximity. OZ4, Aasbo's proximity was beside the lead car, and Trenton's proximity was at the rear lead car. I would say Aasbo should win the battle. (Note: English is not my native language)
@@blendedavocado_yt totally agree with you, judges said aasbo was not super deep on the outside zones which they are partially correct, he only dipped his rear wheel in oz2 and oz3, and Trenton did do marginally better in those, but I still don’t see how Aasbo lead would cause him to lose considering how much better he was in the chase, it really wasn’t even close imo on their chase runs, in field was similar as you said, but that 1st and last outside zones Aasbo clearly killed Trenton there

Agree. Very hard to watch on this round 6. Bad battle tandems and not enough proximity.
