If you are depressed if you are suicidal it's because you don't have Jesus in your heart,but if you will get out and help someone else, go visit someone in a nursing home, volunteer at a hospital, you can find someone in worse shape than you are in so don't give in to the devil, resist him and he will flee. He just wants to help you go to where he will be in eternity. And spending too much time playing video games is one of the worst most isolating things you can do. But when you are down and depressed it's because you are thinking about SELF too much.So go help another person that is needing a friend, homeless, prison, hospital, nursing home
