Superglue the pieces back into place, then you MUST scrape up the area and Epoxy the whole area. The Epoxy is a must as it will support all the weight. if possible longer screw that does not crack the plastic. apply epoxy if you crack the screw tubes

Another approach is to find a bit of brass or copper tubing that will fit over the screw tube and glue that in.

epoxy is superduper when both sides are prepped right. I totally forgot I broke this handle off

Do you think it’ll be strong enough to carry stuff you’d cook in the air fryer?

it's better than original. the question is, will it break off as easily as before when dropped, I kinda think it will survive the same fall this time.
