Just got this recently.. in 2021... with Superior Drummer 3. It's crazy how much I like this library, even though it's so old and for EZDrummer. They did a great job on it and it just feels right.

Interesting enough, you drop some of the metal MIDI grooves form other SDX/EZX libraries on this, it sounds REALLY good! Like metal mix ready good! Death & Darkness SDX and Post-Rock EZX are the two try-it-first libraries for me. Sure, it is all about preferences, but somehow this EZX turned out to be rather versatile!

Does it also work with EZDrummer 3? But not standalone, right?

Hey George, it works very well in EZdrummer 3. You do need a working EZdrummer 2.1 (or above) or a Superior Drummer 2.4.2 (or above) installation to load the EZX.
