    Thanks so much for sharing your workflow in such depth. Do you ever use time tracking tools like Toggl to track how your time was *actually* spent as opposed to how you planned it up front in your calendar?

    This not useful at all or normal, you have made some sort of crazy complex system no one will be able to follow tbh.

      Your comment is "not useful at all or normal, you have made some sort of crazy" generalization which shows that you have no sensitivity for how different people and their use cases are. This system doesn't work at all too - for MY Usecases. But I'm professional enough to realize that others could benefit from it.

      @@polareslicht dude it is way overcomplicated no one can follow such a system. I have met CEOs from California who have a 1 page plan max and run their day on simpler systems.
