I would love a detailed tutorial on how to set up Notion with similar layouts to what you use...can you recommend any templates or other tutorials on the way that you use Notion? I currently have a "goals book" (physical notebook) that is very similar to your setup and I want to create a digital version with Notion.

Thanks for your video. This was super helpful in how people actual use it. So many people just show you how to set up minimal things for the barely getting started.

I Feel like I've found Goal and now I have to decipher each second of her "Year Long Lost' Video. So step 1 download Fantastical (DONE). Step 2 learn how to add emojis and Icon. But Than will have to wait till after my Morning Routine.

Great video! Inboxes are such an important part of a trusted system. Loved your comments about Procreate/Jira/how to capture open loops from places that are not literal inboxes. I’ve worked hard over the years to get everything into one trusted inbox (for me it’s Tosoist). It is a life 👏 changing 👏 practice.

Hi, thanks for sharing that workflow. Very good structured but it also seems a little complex at all. I use OmniFocus and iCal for organising and ask myself how I can use the fiel „estimated duration“ in OmniFocus for a task and show this also in the calendar as blocked time (the OmniFocus perspective OR iCal). That would short the way with the pomodoros even if you have some fix session (lectures, meetings)… I guess your way is the solution for that problem… but how else could we simplify that? My workflow should be as follow: add new task (date and estimated time) and in the calendar it appears at date (that happens) but also with the duration (start-end or duration time (e.g. 20 min.) Best in iCal, that I see for dates which toDos would be planned already for that day… Do You have any idea for that? Thx!

Very interesting your videos. Question:I made a perspective sorted by tags to show the blocks but it seems impossible to not show other tags. I’d like to only show the block time tags. I see in this video that you use the tag pane to « filter » the block time tags. Is this the only way?
