It is just a plain fact for everybody that wants to be honest and acknowledge that there is a double standard that exists at these universities. The only freedom of speech tolerated is speech the university administration and faculty approves of.
Basically they tolerate all anti-Jewish and anti-White speech and all acts that threaten the security of Jews and White conservatives on campus. She repeated a scripted prepared-in- advance answer, without actually answering the actual question. For example he's asking her why were clearly antisemitic speakers invited to speak despite the fact it obviously creates an environment where it's legitimate to be antisemtic , did you get an actual reply regarding that? This happened over and over throughout the hearing.
THIS is female leadership.
If someone ends up being killed, they'll seemingly justify the killing in "context".
Of course, Jews must take some responsibility for what's happening, as many claim to be White and privileged, and support all the leftist claptrap going. Most of the Israelis murdered by Hamas on Oct 7 were very left wing, and many were even sympathetic to Hamas. Some of the hostages even asked their captives how they could have done what they did to "them".
Yes, because private universities do have the ability to limit speech. Somewhat. Public universities however cannot limit student speech at all.
Except that is not, in fact, a fact. That is, in fact, an opinion.
And “freedom of speech” per 1st amendment only applies to laws passed by government- nothing to do with anything else, including church cults, militias, white Christain nationalists, Donny Dumper, or university

It’s confusing because Christains make lots of demands regarding what others must do, and im curious if this is included under that umbrella
I'm saying that if you watch her entire collection of testimonies, she says in her opening statement and many times that "Antisemitism has no place at Penn" and then she has professors on staff that teach people to hate Jews and invite anti-semitic speakers to campus.@@TrumpCantRead
The inability of these people to answer simple questions is mind-boggling.
Actually these three women are obviously masters at dissembling.
Dissemble is defined in the dictionary as "pretend, deceive, feign, act, masquerade, sham, fake, bluff, counterfeit, pose, posture, hide one's feelings, be dishonest, put on a false front, lie; cover up, conceal, disguise, hide, mask, veil, shroud."
They obviously thought they were intellectually superior to the members of Congress who were questioning them, and that there would be no consequences because neither the Congress nor the rest of us could see through their dissembling. Wrong!

Otherwise those "teachers" and "professors" would have been out of a job a long time ago, or not hired to begin with.
Otherwise all of the campus violence would have been stopped at the beginning, or not happen in the first place.

I thought their testimonies before Congress were the equivalent of giving testimony in court? They wouldn't get away with their non-answers in court; if they persisted, their non-answers would give the worst impression to the judge and jury, and likely result in the judge ending up directing the jury to draw their own most obvious conclusions. The legal councillors that have prepped these college presidents don't seem to have considered the reputational damage their testimonies are doing to the colleges they represent as individual leaders.
