What needs to happen is defunding, public humiliation of their faculties, charges of treason for many of their members and faculty members, and an overall restructure of every department. Tenure must be a deleted law, just because one is a teacher doesn’t mean they have the right to complete job protection, they need to be afraid to lose their livelihood for misconduct like any other citizen.
