@@KH_FYM It is illegal to discriminate as an institution. If your policies is to expel people for even suspected racist conduct while allowing literal hate speech rallies against Jews then it's rather apparent that you violate the law.
@@willyvereb Actually that's incorrect. The only things that federal law prevents discrimination for are race, creed, religion, national origin. I will only say I was going to welding school after getting home from Vietnam , big shots came in from a very big well known company "needing a welder , both my instructors came to my booth and said this is our very best and dedicated welder , cutter and blue print reader , when they saw me they said sorry to me and then said I was the wrong race , they picked a drunk and drug addict and who came in every day stoned and smelling like he slept in a dumpster , come in to his booth and pass out every day , he couldn't weld or read blue prints. Knowing that Harvard is providing a lot of presidents, CEOs of big companies, senators and so one, we can easily figure out what will be their conducts when being in business. One expects discriminatory behavior all over the world from ignorant people. But from prestigious universities it is more painful and surprising. The attitude of the leaders of these institutions is too carefree and their responses are shameful and indolent.
It's not illegal for individual people to be racist or discriminatory.
Massachusetts and Pennsylvania ad sex, color, disability status.
However, there is no law against discrimination based on viewpoint. For instance, there's no law against discrimination based on your political affiliation. It is legal for private universities and businesses, including employers to discriminate based on political affiliation. In other words, they can discriminate because you're Democrat or Republican or even fire you because of that.
@@willyvereb Expelling people for racist conduct is the choice of the University. A university can choose to expel people for some racist conduct and not other racist conduct.
There is no law that says a university must treat all racists the same.
