I think, what DJI needs to upgrade in their software, is to provide additional informations, on the active drones around your flight area, to avoid a collisions 💥 This would be super beneficial.

the new controller DJI C5 isn't compatible on wondows 10, this simulator have no more updated drone models, someone know how to use the simulator with PS5 controller?
Connect your controller then turn it on... Go on the folder where you installed dji simulator and open the exe file called DJI USB, it is under the executable of the game. Then open the game, it works!!!

I suspect it might be due to HTC Vive drivers conflicting, bc I got the message "htc vive not found" whenever I start the simulator, but who knows..
Skills training isn’t included in the free version?! Surely that should be included for all the consumers who use drones non-commercially and want to train to use them safely, or those practising for the PfCO? Even a paid upgrade would be better than not including it at all.

Nice software, DJI. However, as a Drone Pilot myself, the simulator version is nothing compare to the real world.. it has lots of unpredictable situations, such as magnets interference, signal lost/drop, lost capability to control, bird attack, miscarried battery, strong wind, sudden rain, strangle between cables, no flight zone, software error on your phone/tab, etc.. The real world is the situation where you have to learn how to overcome your panic and finding a fast solution to get your $1000+++ drone back safely... Everytime I fly my Phantom, I already prepared myself to let the drone lost. LoL..
The free version include interferences simulation, wind simulation, hovering issues, heavy rain ect... so, this is more than complete... stop complaining. You must not fly your drone under rain.

Its a wonderfull software, but not working with some remote controls like mavic pro, mavic 2 pro, is very very very bad ! Please upgrade the simulator for this remotes !

Macic pro looses GPS signal and have compass error in flight with no magnetic or electrical environment near. Are these specialities present in this simulator?
Just downloaded it and couldn't get it to recognise the controller and then realised the spark controller isn't listed as being compatible even though the spark is in the drone list. Will this be an update at all?

Not realistic enough. Power lines are invisible in real life!
I use a 8 inch tablet, and see power lines very well.
I presume you do it for a Job? I see them very easily plus all the tell tale Signs that warn me.
Get your eyes tested friend you should be a ble to see them with a half decent display.

You can. Go to where you install the program, and you should see a DJI USB executive file there. Open that and open the simulator
