I hope it's a Legacy GT wagon, I feel like a sleeper build should be something on the channel. That or a Forester XT, I know you've done them in the past but do a super clean STI conversion on one and toss 500hp at it. It'd be sick.
The reason you get oil on the cam gears could be oil in the sand... I am not sure if the process you used for Cerakote was actually correct - I thought cleaning > sandblasting > cleaning should be the right way to go.
You need adjustable cam gears, to take full advantage of most aftermarket cams. Since the rest of the car is built, that should surely get added to the build.
Loving this build😍 On the yellow rocker cover what about doing the dohc 16 valve bit in either blue or black to make that stand out and break the yellow up a bit.
Man I just binge watched all the videos on both evo 8s! Love your videos, and my current evo build is almost the exact same as your blue one. Only difference so far is that mine is a 2.3 and I have GSC cams. Might move to 272s or 282s! Curious how yours is going to run. I’ve been saving up FOREVER to get mine running. Bought it in June of 2019 for 7k with 82k miles! Sadly it has a rebuild title due to some rear end damage. Can hardly tell tho! Keep up the hard work man!
well... having one, i would love to see you get a cheap Acura NSX, mostly stock and build it... i mean, with engine stroker and a turbo.... i think this with like 600whp, which is very conservative, would blow you away....

Ahhh yes it was 15 years ago when I made a stupid decision, I had a Galant VR-4 it was a fun car, but it was a pain in the ass to find parts for it. So I ended up trading it in for anther vehicle, kinda wished I would of kept it.

U should locktight the throttle body plate screws so they don't work loose, especially after all the hard work. Looking a great build 👍
When you do bearings on your trailer next time put a blob of grease on your palm and rub the bearing against your palm to get it fully greased👌

You can put a ziploc over the oil filter so when you take it off it falls it the bag no mess. And put foil on you skid plate for no big mess.🤷♂️
I think you should install some adjustable cam gears being that you’re going all out on the engine build. Would definitely flow nicer 🤙🏻🤙🏻

You should also change the disel filter. I do mine eavry 2 oil change , I didn't know about that till later
PLEASE HOLD ON Devin. You can use blue Locktite and peen those screws on the throttle body butterfly, to ensure they stay in place.
