    We called the "Dive bomber push ups" "Korean push ups" when I was taking Taekwondo lessons.

    How can a push-up be counted when your chest touches the deck?

      It’s not like you’re laying on the ground. Your chest just lightly taps the ground. It should be nice and controlled the whole way down.

      They will fuck up your shoulders. Avoid wide grip pushups. For triceps pushups keep a close grip but dont put your hands in a diamond, let the palms face forward naturally, dont internally rotate the shoulders.

      They are not the source of authority on this matter. They are one opinion amongst millions. The most prevalent opinion among actually knowledgeable people on shoulder health (physiotherapists, sport therapists and even military staff that I had) agree that wide pushups force your elbows to be far from the center of mass and thus force your shoulders into internal rotation, creating damage to the AC joint over time.
      GetFit is wrong.
