Helpful and not often seen advice for a mod list. You certainly didn't need to make this, so thank you for doing so Biggie. Any further tuts on XEdit, etc, will no doubt be just as useful and educational.
Really helpful and easy to follow. I installed LoreRim yesterday but then tried removing a few things like QuickLight and immediately ran into Missing Master problems. I kind of worked out how to re-run Synthesis (never used it before) which fixed things a bit, but then didn't know what to do about some of the bespoke xEdit patches that you've made. Great tutorial for general modding anyway, looking forward to watching more.
Thank you very much Biggy! I wanted to add some armor and with this explication i will be able to. This is new to me, i never used MO2 or patched my own stuff. This was very helpful!
How serendipitous! I'm reinstalling Lorerim as I type this because I just borked it with Rule 11 antics. Anyway, thank you for this awesome list. I love it.
Thank you biggie for the support of the community and your videos! i have some troubles when re-running Synthesis i get several errors so i can't go on re- patching..errors are about some compability with versions mutagen, happened only in repatching npc and water
Awesome, thank you for taking time. What about additional Mihal Mods? I know you got a lot in there, but i love the Mimics & a couple of others not listed in. Do i need to do anything diffrent?
Oh man this has saved me such a fucking headache because I added some shit and I didn't know how to get it to work with Requiem thank you Big.. I can actually modify my other lists too 😅
Hello there! i'm coming back to Skyrim after 8 years and i find your modlist amazing! I was thinking on adding "Become high king of skyrim" to my modlist, is it compatible?
thanks for the advice didn't know about the send to top thing i always drag it that saves a bunch of time! Is replacing combat animations gamebreaking? Or would I just have to re run nemesis and create a new nemesis output? and put it back in the same place.
Thank you for this guide, Biggie. I have a follow up question. In the video, you install a weapons mod, but does this guide also apply to player home mods or the Dragon Born Voice over mod? Should we still run the Reqtificator and Synthesis on those kind of mods? Best regards
hey biggie, for removing mods this the way should be the same as you showed on this video right ? letss say for example a big magic mod for example..i know you need to do some xedit master removal and stuff..
I tried patching a few armor mods and it caused whiterun guards to be different races and wear imperial armors. I guess its best to leave the list alone.
Awesome guide, Biggie! Thank you. If i was to remove a mod, say like "Racial Body Morphs" how would i do so? Same way as this? Reqtificator and Synthesis?
Lol how difficult do you think it will be to completely change the npc appearances, player skins and bodies, etc? Mod list looks perfect but I wanna add my own touch.
Question, once Lorerim is installed fully, are we able to delete the downloads folder? i recall you mentioning it not needed to be on the save drive and i was curious if that means it can be cleared after the modlist is operational?
can someone help really struggling to get it to work im trying to add frostfall to the apostasty modlist and its always ctd, this video seems to be to specific for lorerim so i dont know what to do
For the love of all that is good, please make basic bitch xEdit guides. going over all the basics, and then the method. parse them out into 10 min videos.
If I want only to replace a game texture with another (not to add an aditional item) do I still need to go through this process ? Or can I just unthick the mod and install the prefered one on top?
Damn, i really wish people would start discussing the WHYs to the WHAT's being discussed in the demo. For example, at 6:50, "...error, you don't have to worry about this, just...", or at 2:35, "it'll get sent to the bottom, but it is what it is". What? Could you imagine your teacher/professor explaining the lesson in such a manner? Reading an essay on pedagogy wouldn't be a bad idea for people attempting to give instructional videos. I'm sure much of this makes sense to intermediate users, but to an absolute beginner? Imagine going into a history class and hearing, "WWII started with the invasion of Poland, then this, then that. All without a discussion as to WHY. I'd give a more technical example using a music/instrument lesson to illustrate my point, but most are probably not musicians. For those that are, may get my point regarding the importance of addressing WHY with technical instruction. Don't get me wrong, i'm VERY grateful for demo videos, but seriously, i don't care if they're an hour long, i want to know what i'm doing, however, and perhaps most importantly WHY. Explaining the 'why's' is like teaching us how to fish, as opposed to only giving us fish for that very specific task.
I can't seem to select items from multiple groups and disable them, it only disables every plugin when I right click for the options. Anyone got a tip for this?
Community needs more people like biggie, these guides are a godsent.

Thanks for the dedication and support for mod lists available and being straight forward about it thanks bro for the dedication
Thank you. Used this to add in the Num-Pad mod to be able to run the list with a left-handed keybind combination.
Love the tutorials, concise, and well explained!
"Hello, you're probably seeing this after asking to add Schlongs of Skyrim in the Support channel."
SOS died, get over it. TNG is the new order.
@@Crif3 the real question is, why tf you have mods that gives your character a dick in a video game
😆
Fantastic vid. Thanks for putting this together and putting the mind of this Rule 11 goblin at ease!

I’ve taken some mods out and added some, but this video will help me do so a bit safer so thanks

Thank you for showing me I've been using MO2 like MO1.
Awesome! Thank you bro 🎉

Doing this for free, like gaming Superman or Batman with prep time
Hello there!

could you possibly make guide about swapping out town changes since there are so many different interesting mods, all great in their own ways
thanks for the advice didn't know about the send to top thing i always drag it that saves a bunch of time! Is replacing combat animations gamebreaking? Or would I just have to re run nemesis and create a new nemesis output? and put it back in the same place.
Great guide Biggie.
Do we need to do the synthesis part if we only want armor, weapon and some animation mods etc.?
I can't get this to work with Object Manipulation Overhaul :(
After installing, it doesn't show up in the plugins list. I confused
Thank you for this guide, Biggie.
I have a follow up question. In the video, you install a weapons mod, but does this guide also apply to player home mods or the Dragon Born Voice over mod?

You should always run Reqtificator and Synthesis if you're unsure.

So does that mean it's a good idea to add a couple of mods in bulk so you only have to do all the steps once?
Awesome guide, Biggie! Thank you.

You'd need to see my removing masters guide
@@biggie_boss Allright. Thank you sir!
@@TearothDK I think Synthesis only if it is a master for it. You could just remove the records and master using biggies guide or rerun it.
hey is controller plug and play on lorerim? Or do I have to do anything extra? Thanks in advance! downloading list now :)
Mostly, I would recommend reading the controller page on nexus

having issues getting new mods into lorerim. keeps saying invalid download.

Yep 😊
@@biggie_boss cool! And thanks for the video guide it made installing and playing lorerim so much quicker!
I keep getting "cant find requiem esp" error ive followed this guide to a T and reached out on this discord but i cant figure it out
Same here!

When I add armor with physics or armor with bodyslide do I need to do anything else?
I wish we have more powerful tools in New Vegas modding.
Hi, I messed up the modlist is there a way to reinstall to base or fix to the base modpack?
If I want only to replace a game texture with another (not to add an aditional item) do I still need to go through this process ? Or can I just unthick the mod and install the prefered one on top?
If you replace texture, you need to patch it, yes.
The only mod Lorerim needs is Swearing Mud Crabs
Has anyone had any success adding any civil war enhancing mods?? Any input is greatly appreciated.

delete bsplugins dll from plugins folder
Lorerim for Enderal soon? Thanks Biggie!
This X 1000 lol
Honestly, I just want to add nude bodies (cbbe 3ba) to Lorerim. Can someone with experience maybe help me out with this?
Great, now how do I enable Requiem lite?
Just enable it. It's under optional gameplay separator
Is the process the same for removing mods?
No, I'd watch my "removing masters" guide for that
@@biggie_boss OH MY GOD I DID IT!!! I CAN FINALLY REMOVE LOTD FROM ANY LIST I PLAY!!!!, Thanks biggie!!
same thing for translations?
