This list is absolutely exceptional. The community needed a requiem list that offers survival and modern graphics with huge variety of combat/gameplay options and animations. Whilst modlist choice is subjective and preference based, as far as RPG elements go, this is now the go to list IMO.
yeah,I have playing Wildlander for a while it's very fun but also outdated, last update is 2 years ago. therefore, yeah we need a new requiem based list badly
There is just So MUCH to love about your modlist! I have worked on my own personal modlists, which NEVER seem to get finished, and usually get discarded because i know so little about patching and optimizing. But I have always had a particular vision of how I wanted my game to look, and I can say with all honesty that what you have achieved here is just so damn close to that vision! I am watching this and finding that it's really hard to pick out choices you have made for your landscape, city overhauls, etc., etc., that I wouldn't have gone with! Your city overhauls are the exact same choices that I have tried to use together in the past, and look amazing! Even your road mods are exactly what I have wanted in my game! "Northern Roads" just doesn't do it for me, and I have tried many times to achieve roads that matched what I had in mind . . . . and you have nailed it! And so many little things, like the open-faced helmets on the city guards. There are a lot of city guard armor replacers that I like, EXCEPT for the hidden faces of the guards. This makes me WANT to download and try it out. I will say that I have NEVER played a requiem list before, and I find that I have fears and reluctances about doing so. It may just be time to face them and try this out! I will have to check out which quest mods you have added. I love roleplaying Skyrim, and there are some mods that really can add to the experience. Like playing a bard character with mods that allow you to improve as you play and to perform publicly. Or mods like Triumverate, which make playing as a nightblade or a shaman much more fun. Or playing as an alchemist who travels around gathering ingredients and becoming more and more powerful in using their potions for defense and combat. Does requiem in general, and your list in particular make these kind of playthroughs possible? If so, I may just have found my "perfect" list!
Stoked to try your list! Such a carefully thought through, modern list that also includes specific survival/stealth/immersion mods I’ve waited for to be in such a list like THIS! I’m a junkie for ultimate immersion… It’s gorgeous… thank you for this!
OMG! U done magic with this one. I'm not a big fan of Requiem, but this modlist looks absolutely stunning! Already trying it out and gotta say, this modlist have to try every Skyrim lover for sure. Thank you very much for your effords and time spended while creating this. ♥
This is the mod list that finally includes everything I want in my Skyrim. I’m going to swap over from Nolvus and dive into the excellent work you’ve done here!
@@Kempos12 i would prefer it if i didn’t just not like requiem. If you like Requiem, i highly recommend this list. In the end i wanted something more lightweight and vanilla, so i went with Eldergleam and added a dozen or so of my own desired mods to it. I love it. I only crash when loading a game and it’s about a 50/50. Other than that i have like 1 random CTD in my dozens of hours playing, and load times are much faster than nolvus.
I just updated yesterday via wabbajack and now I just stream it to my steamdeck and it’s GG man. List looks/runs great. Time for yet another Skyrim mod list 😊
Oh God! Don't get me started! I am at an age where there is a very good chance that i won't be around for the release of ES6. And whenever i think of this, I get really pissed at all of the so-so choices of games and remakes that Bethesda seems to spend so much time and energy on, and that could have been put into ES6 instead! Thank God for our modding community and for Biggie, whose new modlist brings so much excitement, and is so much more polished than anything that Bethesda has done!
Biggie I was never a fan of requiem, but this list is growing on me fast. INCREDIBLE graphics and lore-friendliness. The difficulty makes the game more engaging instead of just hack-n-slashing with no planning. Controller support is actually not bad for a 1.0. Only thing I would suggest adding from a character customization standpoint is a nevernude toggle in MO2. A lot of folks like that and it might save you from getting asked that question 1000 times. But I appreciate all your hard work!! As a fellow dad gamer I plan to donate to your efforts.
This list is really exciting it seems to be hitting everything I'd personally want from a list. Super excited to grab it next time I have the hankering to play Skyrim. Well done dude.
thank you so much for this. Skyrim has always been my favorite game but I was only able to play it on low graphics. I've built a new pc 3 days ago and am currently installing the modlist. I really can't wait. It's going to be amazing. Thanks again and love from the Netherlands!
What you did here by curating all of this will live forever and a day in my Skyrim life moving forward. It's the go-to for me. I dunno how you knew what I've been dying to experience, but you did.. and now I am. Exactly that and some. Thank you, true gamer. o7
My man, thank you for endlessly reviewing new Wabbajack modlists. It really helps that I can always check out your review prior to committing to ~100GB downloads. Thank you once more.
I just recently came across this list. I typically enjoy Enairim stuff but had tried out a requiem playthrough awhile back, but no where NEAR as modded as this list. I figured since my VR version is what I typically play (though different cause VR), lets go hard and make Skyrim really different but still familiar. This modlist has done it. Amazing stuff all around thank you. Late question so don't know if youll even see this comment, but for some reason I dont see my body in first person. Only thing that seems to be the issue so far lol.
I havent played skyrim about 8 or 9 years. Ive been seeing alot of lorerim videos and clips in my feed and figured what the heck ill try it out, about 95% done the install so here we go!
Currently playing nolvus and really enjoying it but my next playthrough is going to be this. thank you so much to modders and the people who make these modpacks❤️
Hey Biggie, you cooked a super interesting list! I saw people trying with a 3060, and it seems playable above 50 fps in a lot of places so... I'll give it a shot. I can't wait. Very hyped and very amazed by the dedication you put in building, improving it and sharing the whole journey in the streams. Cheers!
So, how well did it run on your 3060? It ran around 40 fps on my 11700f 16gb 3060 12gb. Ive upgraded my cpu to 32gb and gpu to 4070S now and downloading the list to see what improvement it had over the 3060 and if the upgrade is justifiable lol
@@RidoDrago Yeah it did run on the performance option pretty alright, and it was on a older version of the list, people say performance got better on the recent ones. Worst thing was the stutter since I'm limited to the 3060ti with 8gigs of ram and the rare crashes when my PC could not handle some boss fights with a bunch of adds.
Project ja-Kha'jay alone made me download and then i see you added Morrowind creatures to Solstheim makes me so happy, i already wanted to try MCO and having you using one of my favorites Lore mods makes love this modlist already.
Truly worthy of Nexus Mod of Month (and year). Fantastic graphics, game mechanic overhauls and with options for players with less capable pcs to run too. Then there are mods I've thought about but never tried, such as changes to skills and RPG mechanics. What an immense amount of work to get all these mods blended and in keeping with the lore of the game. Outstanding! I thought I'd miss one of my fav mods (Solitude Skyway) but with the class of this mod list, it just doesn't need it. I think biggie_boss has provided something many us wish we could do. Thank you.
This is mind blowing. The sheer time and effort you must have put into this O_o ...damn. VERY much appreciated Biggie. *sets mead down* Gonna download this mod list right now.
Loving the mod so far! I’ve been wanting to give Requiem a try and I love that you’ve added EnaiSIM mods in as well with survival/immersion mods/mechanics. Also THANK YOU for the performance mode. The regular mode killed my FPS but with performance I can run a stable play through with minimum stuttering.
Lorerim is fucking amazing, bought anniversary edition just for this modlist and wasn't disappointed. Only lvl 2 atm but looking forward to enjoying some mad playthrough
Can't wait to try this list. Never enjoyed Nolvus as it was too over the top for me. I dislike mods that try to turn Skyrim into another game. A lore friendly modern list is what I've been looking for, and it looks amazing Biggie. Thanks for sharing this with us all!
this is honestly one of if not the best lists iv ever played, roll playing wise it allows skyrim to pass even games like New Vegas with the depth of the intractability even just down to being able to save characters like Roggvir. The only thing id personally request and love to see would be Bruma or Wrymstooth added in some far distant future update although ik that would be an immense undertaking to make it reach the same level of quality as the rest of skyrim so I doubt it would be anytime soon
28:10 lol that'd be so funny. It reminds me of a time when one of my favorite streamers, Dansgaming, was streaming No Man's Sky at launch on his PS4, and he was about make a joke saying, "Well my PS4 is a very special PS4. You know why?" ... **The game crashes and goes to a blue screen, and Dan silently facepalms himself**
Oh is this a modlist you've curated? Well thats all I need to know. The amount of experience you have with review and your taste in combat is grounded. So definitely going to try this once I get back to my desktop and good SSD for games.
This looks phenomenal. As a Nolvus player, I always wanted to try something more hardcore on the mechanics - so your list seems just the thing. However, since i'd like to have 'serious' as in long-term playthrough, I have two questions - how stable is the list in the long run, as in those 100 hour saves - did you test it? And one other thing - how often it will be patched in the coming months in a way that make those patches non-save compatible. Thanks!
I've been playing Halls of Sovengard recently, and while I have been enjoying it for some reasons, I have felt that the combat feels a bit off for me. Blending requiem with some more modern combat improvements is very attractive to me, and I'll probably be trying this list out soon. Also, Ebony ENB was also my choice for HoS, so glad to hear that its the default in this list as well. Very pretty. Here's hoping the optimization of this list is better than HoS as well, as that list made my 3070ti struggle for even 40 fps.
Might have to try this one. I loved the look and feel of Living Skyrim and Librum, but the early game was so frustrating. I gave up and switched to Magnum Opus for FO4.
This List looks amazing exactly what I've been looking for strong visuals and strong emphasis on Role Play. No I just gotta hope my system can run it XD
This list looks very promising! As far as big modlists go, I've only tried Nolvus which I know a lot of people love but it started to feel sort of bloated and lacking direction. LoreRim looks much more deliberately designed with intent. Very excited to try it next time I revisit Skyrim.
Love the look of this one. My first and only try out of a Wabbajack so far has been Nolvus 5. Which is pretty awesome but after a month of playing around with it I finally broke it by removing and adding stuff. LoreRim looks like being closer to what I want in a modlist. Some stuff I'll miss, like Campfire and Hunterborn. Sunhelm and 3DNPC. The first two are pretty old though now so I'll see how I get on with the newer alternatives. I'd quite like to lose Lux Via as well ... I love Lux interiors, and Orbis is nice, but coming across random lighting out in the wilderness I find a tad unimmersive. I'll miss Seasons as well, although adding that can be something of a patching and LOD nightmare (and a rabbit hole of add-ons) so I'll see how it feels without all that. One thing that totally made me go for this one as well, is that it seems to be free of the Skyrim downgrade patcher which many modlists aren't. That's great, especially now that NGIO and grass cache builder has at last been updated to work without netscript framework. Ramble ramble. Looks fantastic anyway, downloading right now. I can only imagine the amount of time and work that's gone into this, I've spent literally years trying to build my own modlists with varying levels of success and often settling into playing a game that's totally broken in places. Having a ready-made and patched load order to start with is wonderful, especially one like yours which includes loads of stuff that I'd install anyway, along with some new stuff that I'm looking forward to trying out. Like Requiem, never played with that installed before. Thank you very much : -) Can't wait to get home from work and fire up a new game.
This list looks great, i'm usually skeptical of trying new stuff and initially wanted to play Ro. But this video made me change my mind and i'm going to install this instead. 1st and 3rd person friendly is a big + in my books (i like both, 1st person for sneaking. 3rd person for gung ho battle), also i hope my first time with a Requiem list will open the door to other lists with it :) I'm looking forward to discovering what the list truly offer when it's ready to play on my PC :)
Very interesting list, some very great ideas and visuals for sure. Then some intriguing points like "Discord Rich Presence" (why would i want this in my game ?) and some other choices. I saw lot patches and plugs, for navmesh for example, still bit asking me how the extended Windhelm (as big example) may run and act with npc's, even additional npc's, Great job, no doubt, it's very time-consuming to put together such a full mod-list. Well done !
So did I get that right that this modlist doesn't have the bullshit when reaching certain levels your characters becomes way weaker compared to the world? Nice job btw, loving what I see!
This looks really nice! I never completed skyrim, so the fact that its close to the original makes me want to play it :) If you have 24 gb vram, and want more pretty, what would you go with? I see some lists out there go hard on photorealism, which i love =)
Im not sure if its just the path textures or how the flora is placed around the paths but i found it made a few of the paths feel a little bland or incomplete. The plants just looked a liitle bit dotted around as though a mod was missing and some plants or flowers are just standing on their own. I also tried all the different enb,s in the mod list and i couldnt find one i liked. Just personal oppinion as the list is well put together. Biggie knows what he is doing so it is a good list to try
I really like how gritty and realistic this is. I tried running it myself with puredark's fsr3 mod but for some reason I lose more than half my fps compared to native. I also had to disable sse display as when that is on my game is just zoomed (despite changing upscaler to off as puredark's instructions).
Finally, a mod list that doesn't beautify everyone, one of the things I hate about it is even many of the best ones make all the women anime-ish or extremely attractive. There was a popular one I played and the old lady in Riverwood looked like a super model... It just breaks the immersion.
I would complain aboit the lack of DLC sized mods but lets be honest with ourselves here. I have done dozens of Skyrim playthroughs and played for probably more than 1000 hours and have probably started a couple of DLC sized mods. I don't think I ever even finished them. Truth is there is more than enough content in vanilla Skyrim, and aside from very very select ones, few mods meet the quality standard that makes you question wether you're playing modded or vanila Skyrim.
handsdown Lorerim shall be my numbaaaa 1 modlist out there only because the combat system so much fun i can't stop killing things around way too much ahahhaha i be like to them darn bandits FOR SPARTAAAAA and runs in to die lol
Hey Biggie, just downloaded 2.0 but not a big fan of the worldspace high detailed map and would love the paper map you have in this video. Is there a way I can safely swap those without breaking everything?
Well Biggie, although you specify the min. specs, I just HAD to try this with my 2070. Yep, you were right. Totally unplayable for me. So freaking sad. But my poor card can't handle all the mods and parallax, etc. One day my computer is going to grow up and be a 4070 with an i7 14th gen and spiffy water cooling and a bazillion TB NVME and 400 dozen DDR5 RAM!
Ok, I'll try this out. I'm kind of more sensitive than most when it comes to UI and controls bugs and performance issues. I just quit playing Nulvus due to these reasons. Although the performance issues I blame on my outdated PC specs. It's hard to find a modpack that suits my needs because I want something that is based on either LOTD or Requiem, heavy on gameplay and quest mods, heavy on NPC and body overhauls, but light on everything else, especially the lighting and with no ENB because ENBs even when all individual settings are disabled, it cuts my FPS in half. It seems like as top of the line PC specs rise, so do the system requirements for the best modpacks unless I want to use Keizaal as a baseline and add my person favorite mods on top of that, but then I have to worry about adding my own LOTD or Requiem, which is the hardest part to get everything to work together.
I love an alchemist hunter playthrough where I have to craft all my own gear from the stuff I hunt, and trees I chop down. I feel like that would be a very fitting playstyle for your AMAZING list
thanks. will look to try this now I have a PC capable of runnign it. you mention that here are not too many extra quests, etc., but arethere some as I'd liek to expand beyond the original set. thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully answer. :)
@@biggie_boss Thanks for the prompt reply. ok, will have to try this. it's been years since playing Skyrim so cannot wait. and keeps me entertained untile ES6...
Really wanna try your incredible modlist. But do you need nexus premium to not have to click through every mod manually? Nexus doesn't accept payments from my country
@@biggie_boss damm that sucks. If I don't find a solution some time soon, I might go no brainer manual week long download just to try your modlist out xD
This looks absolutely fantastic. I am torn between this and apostasy and mostly will download both... but what I like best is Requiem, as I realised that would balance the OP ADXP feeling I always get. I was wondering - have you changed any vanilla music? I like Skyrim's soundtrack a lot...
New to Wabbajack here. Can I add mods on top of Wabbajack? For example, can I use Vortex after Wabbajack? I need to add PlayStation controller buttons.
Ngl every time i download a build, my build ends up looking better but the wabbajack has much more features. I need to figure how to blend mine with others bc i use the same non graphic mods. Im up to 380 with no crashes but need to mod aspects of the game i dont usually do.
I've been on the Librum bandwagon because that seemed like the best overall list for me but I might give this a chance, it looks pretty awesome. I like the blend of more understated / realistic stuff mixed with lore-friendly things. Some modlists just do some really over the top crazy things and that never jived with me. Just one question: how compatible is this with quest and npc mods in general?
So I have been playing nolvus to get my next gen kick. seeing this makes it look mid. My plan is to try this bad boy out, then maybe add a few of my own personal touches. keep up the work you legend.
A thing I love about northern roads is the puddles when it rains and the parallax. Does this include something similar? Otherwise this looks exactly like what I have always wanted
Congrats on the modlist release (sorry i was a liitle late). The list does feel really unique by combining stuff like requiem and survival with MCO and stances plus expanding on whats already there instead of adding new lands etc. Hopefully I'll be able to run it on my 8GB VRAM graphics card with the performance tweaks. Loved seeing you go from a guy who reviews modlists to making a really decent one of your own. It will also give a new perspective on your future reviews. looks incredible, im definitely looking forward to trying this
this is honestly one of if not the best lists iv ever played, roll playing wise it allows skyrim to pass even games like New Vegas with the depth of the intractability even just down to being able to save characters like Roggvir.
Thanks!
I haven't had any reports of anything game breaking. I'm trying to make all the updates in the near future save-safe.
This. I like Nolvus but not really a big fan of high fantasy lists. Lorerim seems grounded and solid. So waiting for my ssd upgrade.
Im going to jump into this after i get off duty sunday night. Ive been having issues getting nolvus to run
Just upgraded skyrim and got nexus premium just to try this. Cheers and thank you.
Hope you enjoy it :)
6:53 lol was just listening to the audio only and I thought that "potions jiggling around" was a euphemism for BOOBA.
cant wait to get my new computer. this pack looks phenomenal
Looks great! When I upgrade my rig I'll be giving LoreRim a go.
I came
I saw
I loved
I checked
I learned the modpack size
I remembered my 3rd world Internet speed
I said nevermind
This list looks great, i'm usually skeptical of trying new stuff and initially wanted to play Ro. But this video made me change my mind and i'm going to install this instead.
1st and 3rd person friendly is a big + in my books (i like both, 1st person for sneaking. 3rd person for gung ho battle), also i hope my first time with a Requiem list will open the door to other lists with it :)
I'm looking forward to discovering what the list truly offer when it's ready to play on my PC :)
I finished installing the Nolvus mod last week and now im having to upgrade my Graphics card but damn this one looks even better
Very interesting list, some very great ideas and visuals for sure.
Then some intriguing points like "Discord Rich Presence" (why would i want this in my game ?) and some other choices.
I saw lot patches and plugs, for navmesh for example, still bit asking me how the extended Windhelm (as big example) may run and act with npc's, even additional npc's,
Great job, no doubt, it's very time-consuming to put together such a full mod-list. Well done !
I’m def gonna play tf out of this
Nolvus I think will always be my favorite but this looks like a close second or third ✌️ awesome work !
Been out the seen for a hot minute but gonna give this a download play it on my day off tomorrow
So did I get that right that this modlist doesn't have the bullshit when reaching certain levels your characters becomes way weaker compared to the world?
Nice job btw, loving what I see!
Allright, I'm sold
Man, your modlist seems perfect! My only request is if you can make the UI bigger for us TV/controller players, SkyUI is not really good for that
Doing a modlist quicklook on your own modlist. How the turn tables. 👌🏽
This was a long look. :P
Wow! I would get lost! Perfect 🤩
I also had to disable sse display as when that is on my game is just zoomed (despite changing upscaler to off as puredark's instructions).
ignore i found out you had had a discord and managed to look through past posts and figured it out :)
Fantastic modlist! 👏🏻
Damn, that looks sweet!
Def on my next to play list!
handsdown Lorerim shall be my numbaaaa 1 modlist out there only because the combat system so much fun i can't stop killing things around way too much ahahhaha i be like to them darn bandits FOR SPARTAAAAA and runs in to die lol
Looks awesome! 👍
Awesome showcase video
Hey Biggie, just downloaded 2.0 but not a big fan of the worldspace high detailed map and would love the paper map you have in this video. Is there a way I can safely swap those without breaking everything?
great modlist very unique keep it up!
Is this less demanding specs wise than Nolvus? Im considering switching to this modlist caus the graphics are just too heavy!
Looks like a very cool list. Love it. Does it have the regular survival mode? Or do you have more survival and crafting mods?
I love an alchemist hunter playthrough where I have to craft all my own gear from the stuff I hunt, and trees I chop down.
I feel like that would be a very fitting playstyle for your AMAZING list
I think you should make a small video on what to check/uncheck on mod organizer.
Is lotd included in the modlist?
I hate stance switching so much. But the rest of this mod list looks amazing
Good work!
thanks. will look to try this now I have a PC capable of runnign it.
you mention that here are not too many extra quests, etc., but arethere some as I'd liek to expand beyond the original set.
thanks for taking the time to read and hopefully answer. :)
Yeah a lot of the popular well done ones like Sirenroot, Bruma, Project AHO, Clockwork
Yep :(
@@biggie_boss damm that sucks.
I couldn't find LoreRim on the Wabbakack lists anywhere 😢
Cannot see my body, i love this immersive mod pack but thissss i need thissss
Is this mod controller friendly?
Would like to play with controller, but for certain menus, maybe a mod menu I can use keyboard if I need to.
New to Wabbajack here.
Can I add mods on top of Wabbajack?
For example, can I use Vortex after Wabbajack?
I need to add PlayStation controller buttons.
You can use Mod Organizer 2 to add mods.
Here we go again. Skrim for the 100th time!
Ngl every time i download a build, my build ends up looking better but the wabbajack has much more features. I need to figure how to blend mine with others bc i use the same non graphic mods. Im up to 380 with no crashes but need to mod aspects of the game i dont usually do.
I'm sooo willing to donate for this modlist. Really cool man. Looks great.
Northern Roads puddles are actually always there, even when not raining, so they are fake puddles unfortunately. This doesn't have those.
Your channel/community has really grown a lot (been subscribed since the LS4 quicklook) and hopefully keeps growing at an even faster rate. Congrats again dude!
