OnTrack Karting Wallingford, CT 6-26-19 League Race 'A' Main ***I WAS PUSHED OUT***

So after taking a week off, I returned to a very exciting race! I was in the first qualifier and qualified 2nd with a 38.058. In the position race with a good battle from CARSTEN, I was still able to pull out second with a fastest lap of 37.618. This finishing position starts me 3rd for the feature with another good chance of getting my 4th win...as long as some variables fall into place. So the chip was pulled to invert the top 5 which did not effect me starting 3rd, then we pulled chips for our karts and I pulled the #2 kart which I thought was not going to be so great but was then reminded that I was battling with it in the position race with CARSTEN driving it, so that was a relief. Now all that had to happen is to get a good start at the drop of the green and that happened to where I was able to jump into 2nd place and pretty much hold it uncontested for much of the race. During my second place ride I had noticed a kart about three or four karts back was behind me and I realized it was NASTY and I had to making decisions especially noticing that I was faster than CARSTEN holding down first place...and well, I think I'll let you watch to see what happened! My fastest lap of the race was 37.706 which also was the fastest lap of the race. So, Enjoy and Thanks watching!!

Lol...I said he "pushed" lol, at least I felt he did lol! I talked to Doug the following week and after he watched the video he said he had the momentum lol, it was a fun race though. Also if I remember correctly Carsten was running just enough blocking hoping me and Nasty would end up battling so he could get away and it worked lmao!
