OnTrack Karting Wallingford, CT 7-3-19 League Race 'B' Main ***VERY WARM NIGHT***

This night was a warm night which affected the karts pretty drastically. Some karts perform through the heat and some don't and tonight I got a kart that wasn't great in the heat, it just had know power and that was very appearant going out for my qualifying lap. I was the last one to leave the pit lane and it took for ever to gain speed. Now with this lack of power you can guess that for three laps it was not challenge in lap times. I qualified last and that's where I stayed even for the position race, and that meant I was automatically in the 'B' main. My qualifying times were:38.480(3 lap), and 38.306(position race)...not good! So now in the feature race('B' main), I pulled the #2 kart which was a good kart, but I was also starting last and had alot of traffic to clear before getting up to front. It was a challenge to manuver past some slower traffic, but....I'll let you watch the video to see how it all turned out lol. My fastest lap of the race was 37.832. So, Enjoy and Thanks for watching!
