I just loved Kaye Ballard forever
Kaye was with her life partner for over 50 years, actress Myvanwy Jenn. In meeting them in Palm Springs at a tribute to Ann-Margret, we were seated with Ms. Jenn and it was obvious she simply adored Kaye. In reading Kaye's recent obituaries, it saddened me to see Kaye was listed as having no family members, or statements like "she had no survivors". It was Kaye's choice to stay closeted to the public, but she was very open with her close friends, especially with those who lived in the Palm Springs area. My heart goes out to Ms. Jenn to loose the love of her life.

People dont talk, they push thier curent project, and no entertainment value. I met her after a production of Nunsence she was staring in, and she graciously autographed a C.D. of hers that I had.I could tell she was tired and it ment alot to me.
I was so mad at the obit writer in the NY Times who opened his obit for Kaye with insults.
Entertainment in the USA sucks now.

Kay was a Star..But she didn't get Huge recognition. Difficult to know exactly why. She had a BIG Personality and was very entertaining. Maybe.. she wasn't a lovable persona ?
