All except bass are poorly aligned. Snares tilted completely opposite of what they should be. Tenors are not even close. Someone needs to check EMC Productions video’s. I know, they’re kids but someone needs to guide. I learned my kit on my own, completely screwed it and someone took me under their wing. Relearning out of bad habits was tough.
the differently tuned quads sound bad together. they are not tuned well together. if you are going to have little quads and big quads at least tune them well. you should consider tuning your drums differently. the drums have too much dissonance, and should not be played like that together. a drum line tech would have fixed this, you should consider acquiring a drum tech to tune those drums. you need to fix these drums because they are tuned badly. a drum tech could fix these drums in his zZz. 90 WORDS
I can’t think of any good things about it so here are the bad things Didn’t play jig 2 right Only one set of tenors has a wrap Only 1 bass drum Bass drum head hasn’t been replaced in years Tenors haven’t been tuned in years They obviously don’t do any sort of excercises The snares traditional grip looks stupid with the other part of the drumlines like of skill Why is there 2 cymbals and 1 bass drum. Put at least one of them on bass It sounds like it is there first time playing together The big cymbals player is a perfect cutout for a big bass They probably don’t even know what a metronome is The tenors aren’t sitting level Some people’s feet are in and some are spread far out Probably never taught a double stroke roll IF YOUR GOING TO PLAY JIG 2, YOU AT LEAST HAVE TO DO THE TENOR SOLO RIGHT
I think personally they should put one quad on bass drum then 1 snare player then 1 cymbal (the big one) so you have 4 basses 1 quad 1 snar and 1 cymbal player
For the people discouraging the drumline (especially the tenors) they might be very new to that, and instead of improving they might just see the comments and quit. The tenors should be tuned better, but just chill
Those tenor drums have not been tuned in YEARS
Tenors? Oh you mean the 4 toms straight out the box
@@Percussion-clipsoh my bad

One bass drum is sad who is managing this drumline
It is but she totally did great
Smaller school, less capabilities…but they don’t need 2 cymbals either so, yah do wish they had 2 bass drums instead of 2 cymbals
It's called "school funding" and some are better off than others

That was me all last year with pep bands
The tenors NEED IMPROVEMENT BAD but everyone else is ok
Yea I agree the solo wasn’t that good
bro tune the tenors and make the the cymbals base drums😭😭
I really wish groups like this would play rudimentary exercises instead of the Jig 2.
They’d probably see a lot of improvement if they did.
Agreed
They can do that if they want but let them have fun with drumline
@@CorbinStrait this guy is right
who tuned those tenors bruh💀

how can TWO TENORS not stay together
I can’t think of any good things about it so here are the bad things

Need more bass drum 👍
Damn that’s a HUGE cymbal player
fr
put him on 5th base😭
Ain’t gotta do allat😭 he can’t help it yo
Why did this drum line put only one bass drum and two cymbal player
Judging by the number of shakos they’re probably in the front ensemble, and only play cymbals in the stands.
2 tenors over power the one bass. What you should do is put both cymbals and one of the tenors on bass. So you would have 4 bass, 1 tenor, 2 snare.
I think personally they should put one quad on bass drum then 1 snare player then 1 cymbal (the big one) so you have 4 basses 1 quad 1 snar and 1 cymbal player
first of all why is there 2 quads and 2 snares and 2 cymbals but one bass drum seriously
Just make sure to keep tempo and practice fundamentals and you will be great! Good job so far.
They need to have more practice
I'm about to cry
This is my second year in band and i was on base for drum line and i can play better on quads
BRO THERE ARE SO MANNY DRUM TICKS

Move a tenor and cymbal to bass, bass drum is the one drum that needs multiple people
Well done drumline!!!
Needs work
BRO THOSE TUNING... UGH!
were the quads purposely out of sync?
Cymbals one this one ngl
Tune them drums, and put big guy on bass.
The quad player the first part wronh
Those shares players need work…
2 tenor solo was a bit better honestly
what is this...
Now this is epic
The quads tuning dont match up with each other but over all good job

take off that drum cover

Ngl dem tenor players are ass but everybody else is coo I hate how it’s one bass drum doe
The second quad player did a slightly better job than the first,
Need a better director. The tenors are tuned terribly, The cymbals need to be better at timing, and you DESPERATELY need new basses
This sucks
Agreed
All good just rushed at the first
Bro the tenors are out of tune badly they don’t know the solo they’re going to slow and there’s only one bass like come on now
I just work here.
is not even correct
There are many different variants of Jig. For jig one I do skanks on drum 4 instead of 16th notes on 1 and 2
