@@JayStephens8 NASCAR and manufacturer funding for driver development. Thats it, My dad used to crew for Mark Gibson, Mark said the Gen 6 made it too expensive for the guys like him to run full time, and the fact it got turned into a r&d series didn't help either.

Zero ARCA fatalities at Salem or Winchester (I can't even find any notable deaths at Winchester in any series, Rich Vogler's sprint car crash is the only big one at Salem).
