My favorite part is when you said you sucked at everything lol I’m always doubting myself even tho I been hoopin my whole life. Like you said, you don’t get better if you don’t start. Love this video man!!
Crazy how this sounds so similar to my husbands journey as a basketball trainer...we are in the process of getting things together to build our own gym
Hey bro did you have an LLC or DBA when you first started? If no..did you get a LLC after purchasing the gym? Lastly..is it necessary to have one doing this type of business? I am asking for myself..
I had an LLC prior to opening the gym as I was running my training business 2 year before getting the gym. I would say it helps to have an official business and tax returns when going to lease a space
Do you think its a viable business if you're not doing the training yourself ? For example, if we hire a trainer/coach to work with the kids and rent gym space somewhere?
Bro when you started your basketball training career did you get any certificate and/or seminar? Did you write on paper your system and drills? Keep up the good work.
When you first started, where were you training at? I am just getting into the training business, and I currently only train at a local gym(XSport Fitness), but I can only train players 14+ because of the gym access. What do you recommend?
Find a few different spots, I was primarily training out of one big facility where I can bring all my own clients in but I was bouncing around to other spots as well
vision is everything 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Absolutely!!

It’s more difficult but doable, better if you can get the gym yourself instead of renting it then a more viable business

Keep up the good work.
Didn’t need any certification, just learned from the top people in the game and learned through a lot of trial and error
