I am Asian too and I have funny lids - multiple and uneven. My right eye has superficial creases (more like lines) one right at the lash line to where it hangs a bit over the lashes and above that is a line just a little higher where it kind of caves in a bit. Now, my left eye also has a line (or I should say skin) that hangs over the lashes but above that, there are uneven multiple lines that don't cave in like my right eye. I can sort of manipulate it to look similar to the other eye momentarily but as soon as I blink, of course, it's gone.
I don't want to necessarily change the way I look - I just want my eyes to look the same. My left eye might have ptosis but I'm not sure. It does feel kind of heavy and it's distracting when I look in the mirror. But I'm very reluctant to go for a full blown double eyelid surgery.

You're central nervous system (brain) was probably keeping the right eye artistically high. Once ptotic eye was fixed the other relaxes. It's called Hering's Law. Doesn't always occur but can be detected pre-op by patch test over ptotic eye. Check with your surgeon. It's a little early to judge the final result.

Is the patient from the video able to close her eyes after the surgery? I just did my surgery but I am having trouble closing my eyes completely.

I have dropping eyes from 9to10 years so please suggest me what I do for this one year I take treatments form neurosurgeon but on result now I use two side tape for my eyes
because my Eyelid crest problem to see things so please reply me as soon as for this
