- hang out with me while I "attempt" to repair my Yukon Denali's sloppy steering by adding a new pitman arm, idler arm / idler bracket.

I have the 5.3 and mines do have the oil cooler lines i just change mines my truck looks just like yours same color rims and it is a 2005

Having same problem on 2004 Sierra Denali. I cannot separate idler arm, Pittman arm.
Are you having issues getting them off the center link / drag link or the steering box / idler bracket
Once I ratchet strapped the center link to the front cross frame section I was able to beat the snot out of it and it finally broke free.. but no other methods worked. I applied heat but not a whole lot because I did not want to damage the inner tie rods.
10 minutes in and nothing happening edit this stuf do you not have metric sockets 21 22
U didn’t show what or where, what size the pipe wrench on , the 13/16 was for a work out, I saw u tie the racket strap to the front light bar, Come on man be informative 👎🏻
Sorry man, still trying to figure recording and editing out. And no ratchet strap was tied to the light bar, it was tied from the center link to the front cross member section for a better blow with the hammer. If you have someone helping you, you can probably just have them pry down on the center link with a pry bar while you hammer.
