I've seen many MANY video tutorials on suspension setup.. this is BY FAR the best one that made the most sense to me.. kudos :)

Well done. Nicely explained. I just bought a '17 250 EXC-F and this video is an excellent aid vs just reading the owner's manual.

Interesting, I’ve never seen anyone say you can set how high in the travel a bike sits with high-speed compression. My understanding is that high-speed compression is used to adjust bottoming resistance from big hits.

Thx for the video I was having trouble with directions in the owners manual. It’s always helpful to make a mark on the adjusting ring to count each full turn before adjusting.

Great Video, I've always wondered how my suspension worked. I'm buying a new 500 exc very soon!! I can't wait. I'm upgrading from a 2000 525 SX. Definitely subscribing

Awesome explanation - I have a CCM 404 and have no manual that explains this. I've been getting some horrible dive when braking..
