Not the NCCA Men's because she is not a man, only the women's records. Again, in the WNBA ..yeah remarkable to get 1,000 points for the season. More games played now than 10 years ago, so took longer to break 1,000 and 10 years ago if they played 40 games then someone else would have had 1,000 points already and not A'ja. If it were CC, easily would get 1,100 points if she was a ball hog.

It occurs to me that the difference in ability in women's college basketball between Division 1, Division 2, and the NAIA might be slight. I wonder if the WNBA takes notice of the latter two.
No, there is a large gulf between the NCAA D1 (especially the top 5 conferences - Big Ten, SEC, ACC, Big 12, and Big East) vs D2, D3, and NAIA. The vast majority of US-born WNBA players played college basketball in one (or more) of those 5 conferences.
Well i kinda know now why the womens ballers sort of have that animosity on questioning and hating (?) on Caitlin. Seeing the numbers and performances each drafts has came out with, its really lookin' like Caitlin Clark has a lot to prove to justify the accolades she been having. Fact of the matter tho, is that WNBA was not in most basketball fans consciousness until this past 3 to 4 years until Caitlin Clark showed up and made a humongous buzz in the NCAA and basketball world in general. I myself is not remotely interested in this league and is only now watchin' videos like this coz i got interested how Caitlin fares against the rest of the competition. Now i am amazed of these girls achievements, so i tried *hard* to watch some relevant games but like before they were really something id wish id not wish to watch full - its that bad. It occurs to me that the difference in ability in women's college basketball between Division 1, Division 2, and the NAIA might be slight. I wonder if the WNBA takes notice of the latter two.
No, there is a large gulf between the NCAA D1 (especially the top 5 conferences - Big Ten, SEC, ACC, Big 12, and Big East) vs D2, D3, and NAIA. The vast majority of US-born WNBA players played college basketball in one (or more) of those 5 conferences.
Well i kinda know now why the womens ballers sort of have that animosity on questioning and hating (?) on Caitlin.
Seeing the numbers and performances each drafts has came out with, its really lookin' like Caitlin Clark has a lot to prove to justify the accolades she been having.
Fact of the matter tho, is that WNBA was not in most basketball fans consciousness until this past 3 to 4 years until Caitlin Clark showed up and made a humongous buzz in the NCAA and basketball world in general.
I myself is not remotely interested in this league and is only now watchin' videos like this coz i got interested how Caitlin fares against the rest of the competition.
Now i am amazed of these girls achievements, so i tried *hard* to watch some relevant games but like before they were really something id wish id not wish to watch full - its that bad. So looking now how the game is played, and how masterful Caitlin orchestrates her team, id say she aint have much to worry. Shed be steam rollin in no time and i think the future will be brighter for WNBA in the future as a whole.
