I am not saying trauma is not real, but if we look at Yusuf alayhi salaam (of course he was a Prophet), but he went through what we would call crazy trauma, pushed into a well by his brothers, being sold to a family at a young age not seeing his father, sent to prison for something he did not do etc but he never once complained and we HAVE TO LEARN from these examples. Join the family, it's simple all you believe is there is only one true creator (Allah) and Muhammad (peace be upon him) is his final messenger (amongst other messengers sent before him like jesus, Abraham, moses etc may Allah's peace be upon all of them). Not sure how much you know about Islam but it's not hard or complicated, it's simple and gives you a clean and meaningful life. Don't listen to the haters. And they would settle like olden times like in the movie Troy where each side would pick a champion to settle the beef. Khabib was always first pick and on the frontline and he would beat up 3-4 people in a row and those people were adults with MMA experience and Khabib was only a teenager !
