Just did 2023 Ram 2500. No light on remote programs same way but you need to push unlock on remote over and over while pushing start button until you see program successful on the instrument cluster.
Does this program factory and aftermarket keys? Just bought the km100 from Autel but didn’t know it only does their keys
So you can still use the star connector cable on the 21 and up without using the 12+8 cable?

What blinking light are you talking about ?? And where is it located ??? I use the Auto Pro Pad and it works really well ....
The light on the key itself will start blinking when it's communicating with the start/stop button during the programming procedure.
Why are some showing the SGW connection on the passenger side and others are on the driver side behind the headlight? I have the autel 12+8 bypass cable and it only takes like 30 seconds to unplug those two connections and plug in the bypass, will that work with the autel 508s or the APP basic?

Yes it will. We have both the AutoProPad and the Smart Pro and we use that bypass cable for both.
What did you plug into the obd?
Nothing. These are programmed by connecting to the Star Connector which bypasses the security.
How’s nothing when I see it clearly in the video that there is something is plugged into the obd
Some programmers require power that you can get from the OBD, but the connection is not required for this vehicle...

I was doing a 2019 Dodge Challenger and it’s from the back. Advance diagnostic star connector meant to work only for their products suck as smart pro but I guess it’s working with the G2 Turbo
@@m27alabasi That 12+8 connector that Autel and others require is a pain. I don't want to take a dash apart to connect. But, I understand that the ILCO star connector cable works with autel and perhaps others to get the data connections to the computer... Sure beats taking the dash apart.. 👍
