I don't think its dead yet as there's still plenty of businesses on Army Trail Road but it does seem like things are starting to slowly shift towards Route 59 and Randall Road
Sucks to see this place close. The Barnes n Noble In West Chester Ohio is still open. Hope that doesn’t close. My local one is definitely prettier than the other ones out there.

The Denny's across from the IHOP you recorded in Orland Park is now abandoned too. Closed down about 2 weeks ago.
