    Hey Carlos (I think that's your name, I can't remember), do you have a set of A/C gauges? Those are helpful in diagnosing A/C issues. If there is a restriction in the system, the high side will have excessive pressure, and the low side will have very low pressure. The reason why is because the compressor would be forcing refrigerant into the high side, but with no where to go, the high side would just build up pressure. Also the compressor would suck refrigerant from the low side, but with the restriction, the low side would quickly run out of refrigerant, and the pressure would be lower than normal. The gauges would not tell you where the restriction is... but it would let you know if there is one or not, and it is a non-invasive test.
    By the way, that 990 subscribers is looking awesome. I don't know much about RUclips, but I think that once you get to 1,000 subscribers, your channel then qualifies for becoming monitized, meaning you can get paid for your videos. I could be wrong

      I just replaced a 2014 nissan sentra evaporative core and the car is it blowing cold at its fullest i recharged ac so everything should work. Yet MAX ac button does not turn on pls HELP ME!

    • @vivillager
      @vivillager 4 года назад +1

      @@MSG4LIF3, the MAX button doesn't work, but everything else works? Normally I wouldn't give a definitive answer without diagnosis first, but I'd probably consider replacing the control unit in the dash. I don't have a service manual in front of me (for your car at least), so this may or may not apply to you, but my father's car, a 2000 Cadillac, when the car loses refrigerant, the computer (body control module I think) would disable the A/C to prevent damage to the compressor, keep it from running while dry. Even when recharged, it would not run unless someone cleared the DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) that was tripped by low refrigerant. But that would disable the A/C in all conditions, normal, max, and defrost. If you don't have MAX, probably head unit, or something not working with the doors inside the dash.

    • @MSG4LIF3
      @MSG4LIF3 4 года назад

      I didn't finish putting together the dashboard because I assumed that just connecting the AC module would activate the AC unit but I completely forgot about the ground wires that connect through the side panels and also connect their air vents so I connected everything together and everything blue ice cold!

      As far the miles some of the cars hava a sticker on the windshield from the auction were they bought it. You can enter that number on Google and will show you all the info on that car. Thanks for watching 👍

      Usually it's compressor control valve too. The valve breaks down and that is where the metal comes from, not the compressor.

    my 2013 nissan sentra is having issues with the ac too dealer said its the compressor now my mechanic replaced compressor now his saying condenser might be the problem too. what are the chances that my car and your car has the same issues. 84,400 miles.Its in the shop today hoping it will be fix its stressing me out.

    • @extremesalvagegarage1789
      @extremesalvagegarage1789  4 года назад +1

      I believe that when the AC Compressor goes out you need to replace the condenser too because the compressor when it blows up it throws a lot of metal shavings that can clog up the condenser,
      In my case I also replaced the valve that is close to the evaporator
      you may want to replace that too since you are replacing everything else.👍

    • @extremesalvagegarage1789
      @extremesalvagegarage1789  2 года назад

      That's a good question
      The condenser is where the freon the gas that is inside the ac gets cooled, the radiator is the one that cools the engine,
      The condenser I bought it on ebay. 👍

    • @extremesalvagegarage1789
      @extremesalvagegarage1789  4 года назад

      You might want to check out a few things.
      Is the Air filter on the engine been replaced?
      Is the right air pressure on the tires?
      When was the last time you changed the oil and filter on the engine?
      All those things combined can diminish your gas mileage.
      I hope this helps 👍
