I always buy the local grocery’s reuseable shopping bags/insulated totes when I travel. It’s an interesting and cheap souvenir that is easy to get back home. And it’s fun to lug your groceries home in bags advertising New Orleans and London and Maui.
Great videos... thanks for all the hard work putting them together!! Since you are very into scuba, snorkeling and swimming...have you ever had any issues with sharks??? I’m sure that they would be more Prevalent around Hawaii than the mainland but just really curious how much of a risk they really are???
Hey 🙏 for watching! I’ve seen white tip and gray 🦈 in Hawaii. They definitely have hammerhead sharks too which are way more scary... however they normally hunt at night. I’ve also seen a great white in Los Angeles so they’re kinda everywhere... I not super worried about it though. Shark attacks are less then 100 world wide per year. Way more dangerous driving. Hopefully this helps! Stay Active!
Josh, thank you for the videos.super helpful. So question, from one camera guy to another what do you recommend to bring? I shoot with the Sony a7iii. Part of me just wants to rent the 24-105 and call it a day. But what do you recommend? I definitely want to get some landscape shots but also some nice portrait shots of the wifey. I also plan on bringing a magic mini 2. A video on what lenses and gear to take would also be super helpful. Thanks man.
Wow, great list!! Going to Maui in September with my Husband for our Anniversary. Super Excited!!
we are planning a September trip too! Where are you staying? We are in the beginning stages of planning.

Hard to go wrong with a full frame 24-105 but I’d also bring a fast lens for some lowlight photography. Enjoy!
