I know! I've never really been one to spectate sports either in the past, let alone get hyped and yelling at the tv XD but I'm all over this sport! It's amazing how much can happen in 20 seconds or less, there can be so much tension and drama in the high speed and tight movements!
The sportsmanship of all of these athletes is so nice. GNF visibly gasping and in shock when their opponent hurt himself. I'm sure they were thinking that that was not how they wanted to get the point.
Youve gotta do more replays guys. Basics of sports broadcasting. A fan almost watches for the replay as much as the live action. You're killin me here.
That and only a 20sec timer per round are my primary complaints. 20 seconds is just enough time for maybe 1 close call but its too short to get into it. I'd extend the field just a bit, maybe one more obstacle, and make it 30 to 45 seconds. And add a penalty for standing still for more than 2 seconds so it isnt just a stare down
@@valenz1234What about increasing the amount of players? 2 runners for 35-40 seconds seems fair, along with a larger play area. Hell, you could take this to the extreme if you wanted. A 20 player free-for-all for 5 minutes in a 'pitch' the size of a school playground. 20 rounds, so each player gets to be 'it'. Every time a player gets caught, they become another chaser. You get 10 points for a successful evade, and 1 point for each player you catch. That all probably wouldn't work out well as I've described it, as well as probably not being realistic for the sport, at least not at the current stage in its lifespan, but I'm sure you get the idea. It's shocking how probably the oldest game in human history, 'guy chases other guy', has only been adapted into sport so recently.
Just a moment to admire the incredible athletic abilities... and even more the sportsmanship and competitive spirit. Take note folks, this is how athletes are supposed to act.
I think it was a nice touch to show the rest of GNF's concern from Omar's fall; the win was less important than the well-being of competitors. Only see that lvl of sportsmanship in WCT.

This would be especially good for people who know nothing about sports; this is literally the first sport I've ever followed, so I'm kind of figuring it out as I go.
