Thanks Hannah. When you are on the cross trainer what resistance do you set the cross trainer at, do you hold the handles and how do you get your heart rate to match your easy running heart rate?
I keep the resistance pretty low! Every cross trainer is different so difficult to say the exact level, but I set it at a level where the resistance isn’t limiting me if that makes sense? I focus on keeping a RPM of 90 so any resistance that allows that! I hold the moving handles, not the static ones :) and I wear a HR monitor and I’m quite lucky that my heart gets similar to my easy run one… some machines it doesn’t quite get there… but as long as it feels the same it’s good! I know some people who can’t get their heart rate up on the XT but can on the bike… whereas I can’t on the bike 😂I just focus on effort really and use my heart rate as a guide with a a pinch of salt🙌🏼💪🏼

Carbonplated shoes are great for race day and some faster sessions but they are not to be run in regular

Not sure, if this has been answered somewhere yet, but my obvious question would be: What is with your voice? It is so unusual. Is it just a freak of nature?
