Case diamond shield was from 1925 to 1930

And the chip outta the blade was cause from contact with Electricity. Hit a Hot wire and melted it. Seen that several times.
that second case looks like someone tried to tighten up the rivet by peening it and cracked the scale at the rivet.(?)
