  • Follow along with this no equipment, needed, ten-minute workout you can do at home! All you need is a floor space large enough to lay down, a chair, and a wall.
    We’ll take you through 8 strength based exercises, completing 10 repetitions of each exercise with 30 seconds of rest between exercises. Make it more challenging by repeating the routine for 2-3 rounds.
    Modifications are shown for each exercise.
