Hands down one of the best QRO neighborhood guides on RUclips. Perfecto 😇!
Thank you so much! That really means a lot us. Very much appreciated.😃
But to be fair, "neighborhood guides" are worth little considering the 10,000 neighborhoods in this city. Good video, better than most, and I'd never call it clickbait, but they DID say "there are more." In my opinion, JURIQUILLA should NOT be on this list. Simply not part of the city.
This is the best neighborhood guide for queretaro on RUclips.
☺️thank you. We couldn't have done it without Liz and Romy. We're very happy you enjoyed it. Do you live in QRO or thinking of moving here?
@@dreamlifeinMexico I have plan to move there within a year or two.
Thank you Rod and Landy for this video. I'm sure this will help many folks looking into moving to Querétaro.
I’m sure it will. Thanks to you and Liz for lending your expertise to our channel
Good video and very helpful. Love the details about each of the neighborhoods.
Thank you! We try to bring value to folks looking to move here
We've been watching your RUclips channel for awhile and are recently visited Queretaro. Liz Mundo gave us a tour of neighborhoods east and southeast of Centro. We are getting more excited about the opportunity now that we've had an in person, tailored tour. There are so many options and varieties and Liz met our needs as future retirees from Washington State. Muchas gracias!
We are glad to know you got assisted by Liz. Best luck with your future move and enjoy Queretaro!
As a new resident, this video is very helpful as the map provides a better understanding of the layout of the various neighborhoods. Thank you!
We are glad you like it! it took us some time to make it.
from Juriquilla to San Miguel is 50 km which means at least 50 mins by car ....
great info, gracias!
Excelent video Liz
Great neighborhood info!
❤❤❤I love this vid!.. 😀 I am looking forward to Zakia first then Zibata!. I'm super excited but I'm preparing my teens for this relocation in a couple of years because they gotta finish high school!
Thanks 😘👍
You're all so fab. Loved listening and really appreciate you defining; north, south, east & west with just enough of a sound byte on each area to know where to direct your attention. Thanks :)
Thanks we are glad this is helpful!
Great intel!!😎
Thank you!
This was a helpful video. We may reach out to you to discuss a tour of rentals, though we currently living in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga and still have 1 1/2 years left on our 3 year lease, but Querétaro is out top choice for our next rental for up to 40000 pesos. Hopefully early next year we can arrange a tour with you.
EXCELLENT, JUST AN EXCELLENT VIDEO SHOWING area's around Queretaro!. I SO WISH there were agents who did this for OTHER areas in Mexico like Mazatlán, La Paz, PV and Merida!. GREAT WORK Rod & Landy!!
Thank you for your support!
Great information and nice video and very informative. You mentioned El Refugio but not Capital Sur which is a huge new development that is very nice and lovely.
In one of your videos, you mentioned a really good gluten-free bakery, I can’t remember what it was, would you be willing to share what it was please? Thanks so much for your great videos!
What a great video! My husband and I are researching areas of Mexico to possibly move to in 2 to 3 years. Is QRO a good area for people in their late 50s and early 60s? Or is it better to look elsewhere in Mexico?
Overall in my opinion, I think QRO is a great place to live for all ages. (We have a video on this topic) Great climate, great mix of historic and metropolitan, and safe and clean. Plus many other reasons.
Me too❤
Did I miss the price range for Alamos 2 & 3? Otherwise, very informative video!
Need to go back and check now, lol. But glad you enjoyed the rest.
Could you tell us the price range of Alamos 2 & 3? Thank you.
Let me ask Liz and Romy and I'll get back to you ASAP
Which of these areas are within a 10-15 walk to Jardin Guerrero? Also are there airbnbs in these neighborhoods?
The most of the historical central are abt 10-15 min walk to that plaza. Yeah there are many Airbnb choices.
Which of the neighborhoods have the possibilities of not needing a car, with deliveries (,food etc.) from stores, with other conveniences within walking distance of rental apartments? Would that be Alamos? As for older people. Thanks.
Alamos is walkable. And about 5-10 min taxi you will be in the centro.
@@dreamlifeinMexico So certain areas of Alamos have stores and other conveniences very local? Is it in certain neighborhoods of Alamos?
What neighborhoods for rental near Colegio Celta?
Not too sure. Let me check.
Can I hire you to help me find a long term rental in queretaro? I will be in queretaro by marzo.
email us and we can send you some recommendations.
Do apartments have washing machines and dryers?
Not all offer that.
@@dreamlifeinMexico My wife cannot stand giving laundry to a laundromat.....
No you need to buy them
Very nice! Pleasantly surprised. However, seems a stretch to include Juriquilla as a Querétaro neighborhood.
yes, and zibata and zakia. They are still the choices once people are looking for homes in Queretaro / surrounding areas.
@@dreamlifeinMexico I bought a 4-bdrm house, but never once considered these places. Nor do I know anybody there.
@@PalaminoHills great!
Just a reminder: This is for RENTALS, not real estate PURCHASES.
Yes, I believe most of our audience could figure that out. When we say 20k pesos ($1,000l), I don't think people are thinking "I can buy a house for 1k!"😂😅 When the majority of people 1st move to MX they usually rent. That's why we just give a general tour. It's impossible to cover every neighborhood and price all over the QRO metroplex.
Great expansion to your already detailed vid 😅@@dreamlifeinMexico
Hello. I am a recruiter for Siemens Energy. We are looking for Accounting/General Ledger professionals in Queretaro. Do you know of anyone who might be interested?
no...
living in florida usa now, interested to retire and invest in queretaro, mexico. need recomandation for private tour in the city in Novemaber 2022, will pay
Ok that's great! please email us at LifeWithLouie2020@gmail.com we will get back to you!
As an American, these look like reasonable prices, but I wonder what kind of Mexicans are able to afford this? I’m guessing business owners and or high income executive couples. 🤷♂️
For the most part we do live in a white collars area. I’ve met many of our neighbors and they are engineers, attorneys, retired Dr, etc
Pesos? Pesos? Meters? Not helpful to non Mexicans.
There is a tool to make it easy called Google.
