@@sweetys837 punishing her for so long will only stimulate this kind of behavior. Of course grounding your kids is ok when it's justified but she's grounded for 3 months, the whole summer vacation!!! That can feel awful, instead give her a reason why she should be punished this heavily and teach her why the way how she behaved is wrong. It's important to let your kid know why this is so wrong, maybe share your own experience in it. It's important to make sure that your child won't think of you as an enemy but as an ally.

And, no, it wasn't called child abuse that time. What I did was wrong, and, although at that time I was angry, I never repeated the same thing again. Mary and George were too lenient on three of them. If I were to impregnate a girl who is 29 years old, I would be send to see Jesus lol.

At first I was jealous, but after that I came around. But, I don't remember stealing my father's car for it lol. Nor do I smoke. At the end, it's about what you become. You control your life. Not to mention, Mary never ignored any of their other needs. She was a good mother. Also, she didn't cheat with anyone.
She was just too religious, and also maybe a bit too doting on Sheldon. But, that doesn't make her a bad mother overall

No child should feel that in her own home. Even later, the only attention Missy got from her mother was negative, even when she hadn't done anything wrong. Mary did have moments as a goid mom, but overall that was one dysfunctional family. The only sensible person was the grandmother.

One of the rare times where Sheldon was in the right. His sister is lashing out despite being the one sneaking out when grounded and smoking too.
He didn't do it because "You broke the rules and fun fact-" He did it because he was genuinely worried for Missy.
He even tries to apologize and make up with Missy, but all she does is act bratty and say "I hate you" with such a foul tone.
Missy is neglected without a doubt, but that doesn't give her the right to act out and cause trouble because she doesn't get attention.
Sheldon gets all the attention, which leads him to becoming this person who believes the universe moves when he does.
Both aren't in a healthy mindset.
